Which program did you end up using to create the 24 bit color png image? My photoshop doesnt seem to carry the 24 bit option, just 8, 16 or 32.
IrfanView Thank you. Seems like I am having a hard time with this program as well, could you possible inform me of the steps you took? Thank you again in advance! thank you! File -> Batch conversion/rename -> Output format: png -> advanced -> change color depth: 16.7 million color Then pick your output directory, add your files.

I exported my world. Now how do I get it into my game as a hood?
From the help.pdf: Share your worlds on The Sims 3 Community Exchange so other players can play them in their games! To share a world: First add a world description and an icon by right-clicking the topmost layer of your world and 1. choosing ADD/EDIT DESCRIPTION. Your icon image must be a .png file that is 256x256. Save your world.2. Under the File menu, choose SELECT WORLD FOR EXPORT and then browse to the world file that 3. you want to export and choose OPEN. Finally, upload it to the Exchange (via 4. The Sims 3 Launcher) as you would a lot or family. From MTS discussion board (I think): When i first installed the tool i edited quickly SunSet Valley template and then exported the files... Then i moved them at C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Worlds and the game loaded it just fine Next time, just go to Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Exports and double click the world. It'll start installing. Now I can't give icon image to the world I created. "a .png file that is 256x256"? I created a 256x256 .png in paint, but then the world builder says "Selected file is not a 24-bit color PNG image". I tried to get some from google image, but none of them is 24-bit either. Help! Which program did you end up using to create the 24 bit color png image? My photoshop doesnt seem to carry the 24 bit option, just 8, 16 or 32.

my save time is probably between 1 to 5 minutes depending on how much i played i did notice a couple days ago when i took out all my custom content that my game was saving much faster but sadly a sims game without custom content is not worth playing to me
especially since i am bored with the game already

The roots are too dark (and far too long), but that's not the only problem. The plaits in the braids are oddly shadowed, and the whole thing looks like a paste-up someone cut out of a magazine and slapped over her head. It's either because it's the wrong scale, or just the wrong style (too photo-real versus the game's plastic puddings). Or both.
yea i know the texture and the roots suck but this is Zelda Mae, she originally came with horrid roots lol, i simply changed the hairstyle, make up and wardrobe dont really give a fuck about the rest, just dont want her looking TOO white trash ive just been downloading EVERY hair out there so its experimental for me

TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Is this a trait thing or is my sim just THAT bored..

I have a sim who lives purely for chairs, I think. Whenever he's home, he sits in a chair for a few minutes.. gets up, and crosses the house to sit in another chair. And so on and so on. I'm not quite sure if this is because of his traits.. He's an evil, outdoor hating, heavy sleeping, insane loner... or because I've modded out most of their autonomous actions. None of my other sims on this lot or any other do the chair thing, so I don't think I can blame it purely on the mods.
I haven't played that many insane sims. Is this normal (sort of) ?
thats the insane sim allright

Okay, here's a few contributions to this based on my observations:
Trait: Loves The Outdoors CAS Description: Can supposedly learn gardening and fishing faster. Features: Gets a positive moodlet when outdoors. Associated Interactions: "Enthuse about outdoors" interaction while outside. Other Notes:
Trait: Loner CAS Description: Needs less social interaction. Features: Slower social decay, Gets a positive moodlet when alone, Gets a negative moodlet when in crowded places, which includes school and possibly work. Associated Interactions: Other Notes:
Trait: Insane CAS Description: Sim supposedly makes decisions out of whim. Features: Can fish out of swimming pools. Associated Interactions: Speak Madness, Tell Ghost Story, Talk about conspiracies, can Talk to Self Other Notes:
The insane sim also has the ability to rummage through trashcans and for different occasions has a tendency to wear the wrong out fit. if you send her to work out she might get dressed in formal wear, to go swimming she switches in to every day wear for example.

Trait: Hot-Headed CAS Description: Erm.. don't know.. Features (Benefits and drawbacks): Hot-Headed sims get really mad really easily. The needs for hunger and sleep really put them in a pissy mood when they get too low, though. They can go from being in the best mood to the absolute worst instantaneously. Associated Interactions: Arguing, irritating.. I'm pretty sure Other Notes:
Does anyone know what trait makes them look in the mirror all the time and gussy up and all that? Because I had a sim that always did that in his free time and I don't know what trait makes him do that... It's weird that there isn't a "conceited" or "vain" trait, because that is definitely a realistic trait to give them. Haha
insane sims do that, they literally just do random actions on their own if you leave them for 5 minutes.

Please. Do you even have to wonder? I give her a week tops until she comes out with a 'donation' hair. I am sure all these sites are dying for more donations since TS2 is going the way of the dodo bird for the most part. Funny thing is, I looked at the image for that new "free" hair on her front page and it said "Rosesims2" on it so for a second I thought it was TS2. i have the hair on the left in my game and it looks awful and i cant believe they are charging for that crap. the rest look just like giant wigs. lol
