This bug has already been fixed now. The matter is no longer relevant unless it continues to occur in the latest version.

Cool beans.

So do I just upload it to Rapidshare or something...
3  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Private Wedding Crash on: 2009 August 25, 03:04:26
I haven't destroyed it yet.
How exactly do I get it to you?

Inside the Electronics Arts folder in My Documents/Documents there should be a folder named Saves, send him the file of your saved game which ends in .backup extension, if you have already saved the game for at most 1 time after the crashsing wedding, if you have repetidly saved your game, then you have already destroyed it Sad.

Do you mean after the initial crashing? Cuz it happens anytime I attempt to have a wedding.

This just happened to me also.  I'm using the newest build and it wasn't a NPC.

I used the wrong word when I said NPC. Wasn't thinking.
It was simply a non-active sim.

7  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Private Wedding Crash on: 2009 August 24, 21:51:16
So I uninstalled AM and the wedding went off without a problem...

Possibly.
9  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Private Wedding Crash on: 2009 August 24, 21:39:37
I was trying to marry a sim and righ after they exchanged rings and kissed the game crashed. I tried it again several times and it always crashed. So then I tried it with a different household. Same thing. It seems like it crashes at the exact moment where the new sim would be added to the household.

And am I really expected to read through every page in this thread?

Absolutely!
This is how Internet works mate. If you want free information you do a search and read through your finds. Information is valuable, it takes time to find it, it takes time to type it for you in a language that you would understand. Plenty of people make a living out of searching for info and presenting it in easy to read form. Nobody here owes you any favors and people here are not nice.
So read MOAR!

Sure.
But I did just get my first pregnancy.
So that's that I guess.

And I've put cribs in every house in my neighborhood but there are no babies being born. I read though the first couple pages of this thread but it was getting to be too much so I don't know if there's a fix for this issue.

Translation: No one is having babies but I couldn't be bothered to read or search.

Advice: Be more specific. Are you using an updated AM? How long did you wait? READ MAOR!

I'm using an updated AM.
I waited about 4 days.
And am I really expected to read through every page in this thread?

Almost all of my non played male sims YA+ are wearing those damned overalls. It looks like a scene out of 1984.
14  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Long pauses on: 2009 August 23, 16:52:53
Ever since I removed all my CC Hair, Removed a few useless mods.
I haven't had the trouble anymore. I also cleared out a lot of the Sims3pack DCcache and so forth, Reinstalled.
Everything has been good since... except that Riverview Borked on me.

Yeah it seems you're the only one who's having the same problem as me.
15  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: The Wrath of Pescado? on: 2009 August 12, 23:48:13
Pes did add new traits.

Pedophile, Pedobait, Registered Sex Offender, Incontinent (lol), Tealdeer, TealdeerImmune.

I am having fun adding the latter three to some townies.
What exactly does tealdeer do?  I think I misunderstood when it was mentioned by Pescado....

Edit: I think it makes a sim so damned boring that she'll cause people to fall asleep when talking to her and it also makes any books that they write super damned long.  Is that correct?

I tried adding the traits to my sims...I got the "Boo" message  Cry
16  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Long pauses on: 2009 August 12, 18:29:04
Pretty much my entire game freezes. I can't move the camera...nothing. The only thing I can do is move the mouse...
17  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Long pauses on: 2009 August 11, 04:17:28
It seems like all you guys are having differnet problems than I am. My pauses have no pattern and don't occur at any specific time. It affects the entire game except for animations like the diamond or the Zzz's from a sleeping sim.
18  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Long pauses on: 2009 August 09, 21:21:26
Possibly the Limozeen Bug? Try "towderelicts true".

No dice.  Embarrassed
19  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Long pauses on: 2009 August 09, 17:09:09
Along with the many other problems I've been having lately there are random long pauses in the action. The sound continues and any other kind off animation like TV channels, the Zzz's from a sleeping sim, and the green diamond above the head continues. But the time and the sim freezes. They were bearable before but they're getting more frequent and longer and are beginning to make the game unplayable.
20  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Weird Bug on: 2009 August 05, 02:04:18
Today this weird glitch started happening everytime I play my game. It doesn't happen after I do anything specific...just whenever it wants to. Sometimes it makes random sims in my household invisible. Then it just starts teleporting them all over the lot. Other times it traps the sim in an endless loop of an action...such as making the bed. The sim will make the bed, disappear, then reappear lying in the bed, then restart the whole process. And just now I sent my sim to the gym. She made it all the way there but as soon as she entered the door she teleported back to a weird spot on the lot. This is a picture of that occurence.

I have the latest Awesomemod installed with the Indie Stone Mod. I've tried deleting them and reinstalling them but it didn't work. I wanna know if there is anything else I could do before deleting my neighborhood comepletely.
21  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Instructions question on: 2009 July 29, 20:01:56
I mean...after finally finding the file I realized how retarded I was for looking for a specific file named MYDOCU~1/ELECTR~1/THESIM~1/scriptcache.package..

That was my problem.
22  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Instructions question on: 2009 July 29, 19:43:57
In the intructions it says to delete the file MYDOCU~1/ELECTR~1/THESIM~1/scriptcache.package.

Where can this file be found?
