I have this glitch where my teen sims parents will get stuck in an endless scolding loop, usually when the teen hasn't even done anything wrong in the first place. It happens every day when the teen comes home from school, and the only way I've found to fix it so far is by using resetsim on one of them.
Also, I had two of my sims inventories explode. They lost everything they were carrying, including their fancy new high school diplomas. I THINK this may have happened right after the husband accepted one of the new "vacation" opportunities, because the teen's inventory was fine. They also never WENT on their 'vacation', despite me accepting the opportunity. Just curious if anyone else has had these bugs, and if anyone knows a workaround for the scolding loop.

After scouring the internet for about three hours last night I found a solution that did work. Turns out I had to turn on testingcheats and teleport my sim somewhere on the lot. So if anyone else is having this problem, hopefully this will help you. If no one else is having it, sorry for wasting space

Has anyone else had a sim disappear? My household shows she's still there, but she's invisible and she can't do anything. I don't know if it's because she's pregnant, or if this is just bad luck. I've read about this happening to other people too, I'm just curious to know if anyone here is having that problem too.

OH NOES! Someone was SNARKY?!? You're either DOING IT WRONG, or lack the ability to properly explain the difficulty you are having. Based on your other posts, I give it an even 50-50. I'm not explaining my issues because I don't want to ask anybody here for help. I can figure it out on my own. The store released two of the romanza sets, one had furniture, one didn't. I didn't know if anybody had downloaded the one that was only the dresses, but I figured I would ask. Now that I know the answer is a resounding NO GTFO, I will just work harder to solve whatever is going on with my launcher. I'm sure I'll fix it eventually.

That is because you need to decrapify them. Or buy it from EA with Simpoints. Your choice. And no I won't tell you where/how to decrapify them. It's been mentioned umpteenth times. Do a search. I did decrapify. It didn't work. I redownloaded files and tried again. Still no dice. That's not the problem I'm having. I don't recall having asked for you to hold my hand and lead me around the site. I know how to read and search, thank you very much. Now that I know the answer is no, I'll stop posting about it. Thanks for your help, even if you were snarky about it.

The wedding set that was posted in the s3store downloads thread is the entire set. I was wondering if anybody knew a way for me to separate out JUST the clothing files from the s3pack? Or if anyone has already done that, could they post it for downloading? I can't use the launcher to install the files, and when I convert them to .package files, it's too much for my computer to handle and it won't load my neighborhoods (it's just build and buy objects that have this effect). I tried Rainbow Brite's tutorial to put them into one gigantic .package file but it's a no-go. My computer is still not happy with this and won't load the game.
(I am 100% sure it's the romanza wedding files, as the game loads just fine when I remove them.)

My sim is having problems satisfying his LTW (swimming in cash). He has 400 000 simoleans and it still hasn't been satisfied. Also I'm experiencing an inability to save my game... I've been watching the save screen for about 30 minutes now so I'm guessing that means I need to ctrl+alt+del the program. And cell phones aren't working in my game either. Anyone else having these problems?

I can install sims3packs just fine with mods in my mods folder.
I can't. If I need to use the Launcher to install sims3packs, I have to remove my mods folder or else it won't work. I didn't think that could possibly be the reason the launcher wasn't working for me, but this was the only solution that worked. I wish that it weren't the case, but there you have it.
