Using your brain should quickly tell you that updating AwesomeMod does not depend on the use of Supreme Commander. If it did, my game would have exploded and no amount of development effort would have been spared to make sure that didn't happen.
I had read about the conflicts between Sacred and the AwesomeStoryDriver (below), which I had been anxious to try. I apologize for getting SC confused with the Bless command. Thank you for the clarification. If we mark a family as sacred, will they be safe from SP with the new Awesome Story Mode? I'd like to play more than 1 family, but I don't want my "one" family doing anything without my input. Except going to work/school. Yes. Sacred is still Sacred. But don't turn that option on yet unless you're prepared to write off your neighborhood. It is not properly tested and several fatal bugs have just been found and fixed. Now writing a cleanup utility.

I wasn't having problems with the 9 day pregnancy mod until I patched my game. The one sim pregnant at patch time still won't give birth, and she's hovering on the brink of old age now. They're not my main family, so I may just delete them (or leave them in and see if she ages up while pregnant, or stays on her last day of middle age forever!).

Weeks of Stu Surprise would make anyone depressed.
Don't do this: I tried to get rid of the fridge inventory objects in Neighborhood Workshop, and got the dreaded TS2 screen. Luckily, it was just a test, so I just deleted that save.
lolz, I missed Pescado's answer about the updated awesomemod!
Here's how to fix the sims with blank spots in their personal inventories: clear out everything but the blanks. Do a PurgeReactions and a RefreshMotives. My sim could then tend the garden, and the blanks disappeared. The cell phone worked, too.

It's possible that my main family has accumulated so much stuff, books, points, skills, etc., that it could make a difference in game performance.
Is that an assumption or did you find any clues that stuff, points, skills, etc. have an impact on game perfomance? I'm curious on what is affecting game perfomance for real I'm afraid it's just a guess. Post-patch, I had the terrible slow-downs and zergswarms. However, after flushing the carlimos, adjusting dynamic avoidance, deleting half the families, and the latest awesomemod, I no longer have the school swarms, and my sims are managing to get to work. They still do this very odd freeze before stairs, the door, etc, which they were not doing pre-patch. I have an older pc - planning to upgrade everything this year. I've been playing this town for a long time, although I'm now using a copy I made after fiddling with Neighborhood Workshop a few days ago.

I have three households that I actively play, although I blessed about 10 before the rapture, and unblessed seven of those post-Rapture. It's going to be a problem when my sim has grandchildren, because I micromanage my favorite sims. The game has been much, much better since I cleaned up the EAxis households. I love Rapture, but I wish we had a guillotine in the park - it'd be more fun!

Is there a way to purge the refrigerator inventory? I made the mistake of removing the More Ingredients mod when I patched - D'OH! I should have known better, but now I have those blank spots in the fridge again. I looked at them in Neighborhood Workshop, but couldn't delete them from there.
Edit: I think I may have found a solution that doesn't involve moving the family out and back: clear out all the visible items, and make Stu Surprise until the blank ones are gone. I need to do further testing on this to see if they really disappear, or if the Stu Surprise ingredients appear out of thin air. With the empty fridge, it was the only recipe that didn't cost anything.

I'm not getting it to work, either, but I'm sure I'm missing something. The homeless families have plenty of money, and most of the houses in town are empty, with plenty of beds. I had taken the IS mod out, and the game decided to evict almost all the townies Do you do the runstoryaction from the Edit Town screen? Do you put the family name after the command? (neither works for me!) I do have Testingcheatsenabled.

I'm also having the swarming/routing issues with the patch. My sims moved around fairly well pre-patch, except for at-home parties, at which they all got stuck in front of the door for hours. Of course, pre-patch, almost every family except the active household slacked off at work and school. Now that they are all actually attending work and school, it takes a sim 2 hours to get out of the house for work, and the kids stand in front of the school until late at night. The upside is that they never have to do their homework, as it remains at 100% in their inventories.
I killed all the homeless, removed 414 carlimo objects, and adjusted the Dynamic Avoidance, and it helped a little. It still takes ineffably long to start an interaction and to get out of the house. Getting into the school is a bit faster, because they don't spend time saying, "After you!" "No, after YOU!"
I would attribute it to my older pc, except that I didn't have these headaches pre-patch.
My next step is to kill off most of the households, and to keep doing this as new ones move in. I did have IS with Immigration turned off, but it caused me so many other issues that I took it out.
Update: killed off half the EA-created families, and with that and maybe the latest Awesomemod (don't know if it tweaked anything to do with my issues), it's playable again! The sims still take longer than they used to getting out of the house, but the swarms are gone.

Baker is one of the library families. Maybe it got corrupted? You could try copying them back into the library from your cd.
Anyway, the patch made my game unplayable, it's so slow now. A conspiracy to make us all upgrade our computers?

Mine updated at last, but now it's really, REALLY slow My sim got to work a half hour before her shift ended, and here are all the town's kids, who never got into the school: Come to think of it, I'm going to have to do something about those fugly townies

Eureka! I kept getting the "File Not Found" error, even though I had put back the original shaders and videocamera files. Then, I remembered that I had removed the default family packages from the library. I copied those back in from the cd, and it updated just fine. I haven't tried running it yet...

Possibly in the Neighborhood Workshop? I know you can modify some settings of an individual sim in your savegame, but I haven't really messed with outfit settings yet. Thank you so much for this link! I hadn't seen it before. I can finally get in there and fix the gender preference - yay! I have some gay sims, and if I turn relationships on with Indiestone, they *still* hook up with women, even after only flirting with men. I'm going to use NW to modify the preference and see if it fixes that issue. Now, if only I could get IS to stop remarrying my sims after I rename them back to their original names. I prefer to keep their names, but the only options are to pick either, male, or female. I also have a teen who went steady with his gf listed as married! Is that a bug? Or just the way it works? It even says that her family are his in-laws now, which is kind of weird for a teenager. Edit: oooh, there's a key for zodiac on NW - wonder if the game actually does *anything* with that? Most are all set to Aries, although some of those born in game have a different sign.

I managed to Fire the babysitter yesterday (for the first time), and I STILL had to pay him! I'm thinking of going the nanny route and creating a caretaker who moves right into the house until the babies grow to school age.
