Yes, thank you jeromycraig. I was already aware of that; it's really more of a game loading/file size management issue. I'm a bit of a download-aholic, but I feel it's a little silly to buy and install a whole EP just for one mesh.

One of my long-term sims-quests has been to use some of the great CC vanities out there without having to install the Uni EP (I really don't like Maxis' imposed additional life stage plus my game takes up too much space as it is). I've looked long and hard at every site you could think of (here, MTS2, GoS, BPS, SC, Maxis' Sims Store, even TSR. And Google searches) for an existing one without success.

So, I thought this would be the ultimate (as in both most-definitive and last-chance-before-I-consider-it-a-lost-cause) place to ask: is it even possible to extract an EP object like the Uni vanity?

If not, please tell me.
If it is, is there anyone with Uni willing to try?

You can write whatever you want into a sim's biography and tell your story however you want without having to mod anything in the game.

True. Is why I never worried about it. Just commenting on original poster...

I actually have thought about this a time or two when I was making an Egyptian royal family. Or thinking about making a Game of Thrones-inspired family. Is ick, but sometimes is a part of a larger more interesting story.

Just to be clear, I never wanted to see the act or even cared if it happened. I'm just going to assume the original poster had similar, non-prurient interests.

Aquilegia, thank you muchly for your assistance and homework Smiley I'm pretty good at following directions, so I'll make it work.

So Wardrobe Wrangler editing attempted and non-successful. I'll look up the SimPE method, but in the meantime does anyone have any idea what could be going on?

And (I pray I'm not just failing at Google here, but...) I've been combing the internets for non-BV accessory/jewelry re-binning tutorial with SimPE and have had zip luck. There's an excellent pre-Wardrobe Wrangler SimPE tutorial here on MATY for BV, but not other jewelry re-binning.

Really? I'd read (maybe on one of these boards, maybe at another site) that the Wardrobe Wrangler didn't work for FT-based jewelry bins vs BV... Regardless, thanks for the response.

I've been looking everywhere to try and find out an answer for why my Head Accessories (glasses) bin in Bodyshop/CAS/in-game-mirrors seems to run out of space; it will simply stop showing my custom-content at a certain point and switch to shitty Eaxis glasses. If I download more CC, this switch point moves forward. Admittedly I am somewhat of a downloadaholic, but it's irritating. None of my other bins do this. Has anyone heard of some kind of a limit to accessories files like this? A way to push that limit backward? A good way to move general Head Accessory CC to designated jewelry bins (I have NL, OFB, Pets, Seasons, FT, AL, M&G stuff)? Much thanks to any input or redirection.
