Use freerealestate to put them in any house you want, then familyfunds to adjust how much cash they have on hand.

Anyone else notice that when you use falconpunch the pop-up says "Falcon! Paunch!"
The desired action works just fine, and I find the idea of a paunchy bird amusing, but when there aren't any other real issues that need to be addressed you might want to fix it.

I'm on a Mac, too.
My Bin folder has that d3d file, but also a bunch of folders (bin, Gameplay, HelpPages, Jazz, Resources, StaticPages, UI) and other things.
So if your Bin folder really only has the d3d document, that might be the problem.

Just type "destroyallhumans" before you start playing. Without jobs and with EA story mode off, the town should remain desolate of all but the NPCs. And don't forget to empty your library.

So there's no way to keep the game from creating NPCs? They wouldn't be so bad if they would only appear if they were needed, but they like to wander around the town and intrude in story scenarios.

If your girlfriend didn't know you had added pedophilia, perhaps she had the sim romance a teen without realizing it was a teen. It's hard to tell sim teens, YAs and adults apart in my opinion.

In any case your sim shouldn't be a RegisteredSexOffender unless he was arrested, I believe.

2. designable fences, stairs, etc
3. more woohoo objects
4. bunk beds/lofts
5. spiral stairs

Hmm, odd. I don't have the transmogrify interaction though I do have the "perform experiment on" one. Did transmogrify come from an opportunity or does it just appear at level 10 science and maybe my sim is just bugged? *sigh*

From what I've read on the forums, the offspring of firemen sometimes or always have the ability to turn any fruit into a flame fruit.

This Sim is the grandson of a firefighter, so maybe that's where it came from. I didn't notice it until he was already a mad scientist.

I have a Sim who is a Mad Scientist. He will occasionally bring home "leftover" items from experiments at work, including seeds and a deathflower.

He also has the Transmogrify interaction with eatables in his inventory. He can turn apples into flame fruits that way.

The romance tree certainly sucks.

I've just had a sim age up to YA, so I think I'll try the "jump into bed without flirting first" for his first romance. Hopefully it will be quicker that way.

I get the standing WooHoo and Try For Baby options all the time. The thing that pisses me off is that if I don't choose that, but instead have them go relax on the bed to avoid the stupid log jams it seems to reset the tree and they have to start the whole damn flirting thing over again.

If they're ready to fuck while standing around talking in the kitchen, shouldn't they still be ready 5 minutes later in bed? It's so aggravating!

I also like:
the tiltable camera
the way chairs turn to face the table when you place them
the way chairs come along when you move a table
the ability to drag walls

One of the new features is a command, wandhere, that does what a Sims 2 magic wand did.  Having never played Sims 2, I have no idea what that implies.  Does anybody know?

I did play Sims 2 and I don't know what this is either.

One of my mean Sims got the wish to "Imply Mother was a Llama."
15  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Facts & Strategery / Re: Kleptos Only Stealing Light Fixtures on: 2009 June 26, 15:08:54
Are there objects that are unstealable? My klepto needed a counter, so I sent him to the gym where there's a little kitchette down by the pool. Over several nights he stole all the lights, tables, chairs, hot drink machine, bars and barstools. But he will not steal the counters or the fridge. The Swipe Something option is not available in that area anymore.

I thought maybe it was because they are "built-in", but he's stolen showers and sinks in the past...

I like the roof slider, the 45 degree object placement, and the half-space object placement.
It's nice not to need to enter codes to do that stuff now.
The Drowning moodlet was amusing.

I play on a Mac laptop. No scrollwheel. No mouse.
