@Annika. I really should just learn not to bother opening a thread when I see that you are the last person to have posted in it. Alas, I am an optimist by nature, and still, even after all evidence has shown otherwise, I dare to hope that one day you'll actually have something of value to add. Silly me.
Might I ask what the difference is between Annika's reply and Motoki's? Not much.

MiniWanker you are a tosser. You have been annoying me for some time with your idiotic contentless posts, this takes the biscuit.
You're not alone. Not at all. Never the less, I'll make an attempt in calming down. THE HORROR can be alluring.

When I first heard of Sims 3, of how you could actually ROB families.
Then when I got it (AKA 'arred it) I was disappointed. WRRRYY EAXIS, STOP BEING SUCH PUSSIES AND QUIT FOCUSING ON 3 YEAR OLD PLAYERS. THE MAJORITY IS AROUND 15 AND HIGHER.
I want TO RAAAAAAGE! *Hits wife*

Well, this sucks.
It appears I have to purge my ScriptCache EVERYTIME I want to start up the game. Or else it just CTD after the intro. *Sigh*
Well, hope Pescado SIR ALMIGHTY will find an autonomous way for this.
Edit Bullshit, it won't start at all now.
This is so random.

Okay, no soupage here.
Reinstalling the Framework didn't work. I'll experiment some moar.
Edit THERE ARE FUCKING GHOSTS IN THIS GAME. I reinstalled, followed instructions (Once again) and it worked.
I am scared...
Crashing? Are you non-awesome? READ THIS!
I believe most of you aren't following the instructions. Hell, I didn't do that either. But then I actually proof read the readme, and found that you have to delete the ScriptCache in your My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/ (Or something)
Try deleting it, reinstall BOTH the AwesomeMod and the AwesomeConfig at the same time. Don't run them individually, or else you'll have to remove the ScriptCache again.
If this doesn't work, then I guess I'm just a lucky son of a bitch.

But what is 'goofing off'? I haven't heard of it in my jobs. Only Slack Off. Is it the same? Goof off is the various slacker choices. It goes by different names in many jobs, but it's the same deal. Having the Professional Slacker perk negates the penalty, but grants no bonus. Ahh, alright. Next I wonder about the Vacationer reward trait. It doesn't... seem to work.

Ah, well.
I guess we'll have to settle with some type of increased mood gain instead of time slow-agenessz0rs.
But it'd still be interesting. Interesting, but impossible. None the less, I'm off to kill my sim's daughter's boyfriend. Because I am a sadistic little asshole. <Insane laughter> HAUSHDUAHAUHAUHAUHAUHAAa

Not sure if some people misunderstood, but the game feels so static.
You mostly just work, eat, sleep, work, eat, sleep. Normally you'd be able to hit the town after work if you've got the energy, but here you've literally got to sleep, because for some reason my sims require about 10 hours of sleep to get a full bar.
None the less, the only time where I actually have time with friends is on days off. And that's normally 2 days. I'd at least be able to invite them over or go out and buy my girlfriend some dinner. But there are so many things that takes... Forever to do, basically.
I just wish the clock didn't go so damn fast... Damn you Eaxis...
But, oh well. It's fine as it is. I guess it's 'good enough' as they say. *Cries quietly*

I've always been bugged about the time in The Sims.
Yeah, sure, I understand that to progress the time needs to be quite fast to keep the pace. But unlike real life, it doesn't take 23 minutes to wash your hands. Neither does it take an hour and a half to shower. My sim has to get up at around 5:30 every morning to cook breakfast (Often something as simple as a salad), shower and pee. And in a total I barely, just barely can squeeze this in for the little (Huge) time until the Carpool comes. Waffles are impossible to eat, so I often go for a salad or a quick meal, which surprisingly fills up the whole bar.
None the less, so I've been thinking. Now with The Sims 3 that is a bit more 'free'-ish, I'd love if you were able to slow time down a bit. Like... 2 seconds are 1 minute instead of a 1-1 ratio like it is now.
Imagine how much more realistic it would be. Of course, some things will get messed up, like work performance. But that could somehow be halved and it's fixed. You'd be able to actually make use of some cheap beds instead of sleeping in a double-luxury mega bed.
I'm not sure what kind of modding capabilities you can do (yet). But it sure would be a huge step into more freedom and less restriction and non-awesomeness.
What would you think of The Sims 3, if the time was halved? Would it be good? Bad? Crap-tastic? Share your thoughts, lads! Don't be shy!

Woah, woah, woah.
Are those regular garden gnomes? And if yes, how'd you get 'em to move?
Please read the FAQ. I have this niggling sense of foreboding that you are barrelling into MATY and posting without reading threads or using "Search". This is not the MATY way. At MATY assume that when you, as a n00b, ask a question, you will be mercilessly attacked for wasting our time. This will instil in you a NEED to search for your answer yourself, before posting questions about things that have already been discussed. The advanced search feature will even let you tailor your search to your particular needs. Hey, hey, be glad I didn't start a completely new topic about it. See? <-- has half a brainz

The 0100 crash is unrelated to this thread, that is a different issue, so don't post about that here. However, there is a new version that should stop that.
Is it possible to switch to the newer version, and if everything fucks up. I can switch back to the older version I'm using at the moment? If yes, then where are those nasty .caches. (Or is it the ~950 MB file named Sunset Valley.objectCache?)
