I was having some problems installing it myself, even though I have installed countless other store cc. What worked for me was using the Compressorizer Redux instead of manually decrapping. I don't know why it worked, but maybe someone else will be helped as well.

My Vehicles tend to end up in family inventory, where I cannot sell, place, or destroy them. Pretty annoying. I have noticed it most with my interior designer sim after she goes out for jobs. I have three cars in her family inventory that I cannot get back. Every once in a while this happens to cameras as well.

Considering it still loads it correctly with the world file gone out of InstalledWorlds, are you certain you haven't put the world file in the Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Worlds location as well?
Thanks, that was it. It was a world I installed quite a bit ago, so I don't remember doing that, but it was there. And yeah, I was figuring my next step was taking out the cache, but this solved it.

TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Uninstalling Worlds Sanfu

So I'm the type to try new worlds every week and once I decide I don't like them, I've never had a problem getting rid of them by simply uninstalling in the launcher. I've never had a problem until I tried downloading a new version of an old world I had tried. I uninstalled the old via the launcher and made sure that My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Installed Worlds, /Saves, and /WorldCaches had no remaining files from that world. Problem is that is still shows up in the game when I try and open a new world and even loads correctly.
Now when I go and install the new version, thinking I will just open that and leave the other one alone, it opens the old one in game. I've tried clearing every cache and multiple installs via launcher, but no dice. No matter what I do version one shows up no where in my files or launcher, but in game and will not allow me to install version 2. Anyone else come across this.

I think this is better suited for mod the sims. It honestly sounds like you want a lot of help with this and that's not really the style here. Not to mention everyone is going to have a different opinion, so all those questions at the end won't do you much good.
But if you want to do it, then go for it. I'm just not sure that we are the type of place for this big community project.

Can I suggest using AwesomeConfig then and removing your No-Mosaic? It's redundant to have them both, because you can use the AwesomeConfig page to configure a config file for awesomemod that by default removes the mosaic for you as part of AwesomeMod. No Mosaic has been known in the past to mess with other mods and files and I'm not experiencing any issues using the No Mosaic part of AwesomeMod.
Sorry, I wasn't being clear, I only use the awesomemod no mosiac, I've never had one from anywhere else. But I will try it again with it unchecked in my config file and see if that helps

Same here as EppurSiMouve, I only have awesomemod and no mosiac from anywhere else. I did notice the night to the Grind swarm it was the venue mentioned in the paper as being the place to go, so maybe that had something to do with it? As amusing as it is to see the whole down walk zombie style to the Grind over and over, I was tired of it after a day. The funny part was that once the club closed that first night, one by one people would leave by taxi, only to get home and immediately walk back to The Grind. As for the lag, it didn't seem any different to me.

So, I'm probably just stupid and am missing something really obvious. But any kind of help would be appreciated. Like I said, I've been searching around for a while, and this is pretty much my last resort.
Yes, yes you are. If you had searched here, you would have found the answer because it's been posted about a million times. And no I don't hate your guts, we just don't tolerate laziness and stupidity here.

merlin is right, 4th speed has always been 3rd speed through the current action, then it goes to normal speed. It is similar to when your sim sleeps. When they sleep it is on third speed, then as soon as they wake up it is normal speed without you having to do anything.

Or you could just google it like everyone else in their right mind would do. You know better than to just sit on your ass and expect me to spell it out. For someone who makes them self seem like they are a computer literate person, you sure can't do a lot of simple shit sometimes.

So yeah, still having the no mixologist issue when I plop an ea club into another neighborhood, although it does recognize the music is playing, so I can click for my sims to dance on the dance floor. Alas, they jump out of the interaction right away, so that is still borked.
I played around my other neighborhood and there is much less jerky-ness, although more so than before. Bridgeport is pretty much unplayable with all the stuttering even with overwatch.

If you are worried about installing the game on there, you could look at your my documents folder and think about moving that. Mine is huge so I moved it to my external hd a year ago and it gave me so much space to install stuff. All my cc is in there and I see no slowdown vs. having both on the same drive.

Is anyone else having issues with no mixologists being on duty? I've been to several different bars on different nights and only the first night I went to one place did I get a mixologist. Every other location and night there was no one, meaning no drinks or food. A lot of the time there is someone in the bar labeled mixologist, but they are never on duty.
Then at one club, The Grind, the sims were not dancing and the option was grayed out for me as it said no music was playing. I could not figure out for the life of me how to turn on the music, as all I could do with the speakers was disable them.
I do have a few mods in, but saw the behavior in my mod free game.
I am also having the problem with no mixologist on duty. I am running base game with all expansion packs and stuff packs. The bouncers also appear to be absent. I am going during the bar's operating hours.
I'm having a similar issue. They were present when I started the neighborhood, but when I Raptured everyone, the mixologists and bouncers disappeared (naturally) but the game never generated new ones. I've had sims in the bars from open to close with nobody coming to staff the place, so it's not a matter of the game just taking its time generating staff; they NEVER generate. Hmm, well I didn't kill anyone at all, I just created a new sim and plopped her in and started playing. I've now gone to several other clubs and those that only have speakers, and no live music or jukeboxes, never have music playing, thus no dancing. I'm gonna test this out in a new neighborhood later, but it's pissing me off. Also, is this EP horrible jerky and slow for anyone else? I've never had problems before with other eps being so slow. It seems like it's just processing so much in the background that it constantly stutters and pauses for short times making the game anything but smooth playing. This is vanilla too.
