Thank god for the backup files in the Saves folder! My saved game disappeared but I was able to restore it using the backup. Shocked

Whoa. Apparently, if a sim has the creepy flower thing (that grows in the cemetery) in their inventory and they die they will get instantly resurrected. Shocked
