I did try searching, didn't find any solutions except ones that required the .world files. Sorry for posting in the wrong section. Now I feel like an idiot because I thought I had everything updated but of course i had an old version of the compressorizer files... Updating them and decrapifying again solved the problem, so baa to you for pointing me in the right direction. I'll go back to hiding in my cave now.

I'm trying to install Riverview, Barnacle Bay and Hidden Springs, but they won't work. At first I couldn't install them at all (the launcher kept complaining that my software isn't up to date but my game is updated up to 1.36), then after decrapifying the files they will install, but no .world files appear in the Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Installed Worlds folder. Then when I open the launcher again the neighborhoods don't show up in Installed Content anymore. Needless to say, they don't show up in the game either. Any suggestions on what to try next? I thought of converting the sims3packs to packages but I remember reading that it doesn't work properly with worlds.

Is the food contest table (or whatever it's called in English) that came in Free Time supposed to be buyable in apartments?

I have it, but it seems to be an old version from February, whereas the one in Director's Cut is from April. I'll download the new version and see if it helps anything.

I have a pregnant sim who hasn't shown any signs of her pregnancy, and 5 days or so have passed since the woohoo. Now when I happened to have testingcheats enabled, I kept getting an error every hour. Being as tech savvy as I am, I don't really understand anything about the error log, so if someone could take a look at it I'd be very thankful. If it helps anything, I have all EPs except Bon Voyage, no SPs, and the only hack I have that has something to do with pregnancy is the triplets & quads hack.

I had the exact same problem (and probably still have, I haven't had any businesses for a while). Even the business owner changed his face to one of the defaults when he had a uniform on. I have no idea what caused it and it hasn't always been like this in my game. I think it might have started happening after Pets.

I noticed that island counters are acting weird after Seasons:



I'm sure counter islands could join fridges and stoves near walls before Seasons. 

I was thinking if it's possible to make male's portrait poses available for women and vice versa? I'm just curious because on chance cards my sim (woman) always seems to be having a male's pose. It'd be nice have the big portrait picture have a different pose than one of the usual ones.

I have a home business where I sell flowers. It's at rank 7 and I think this weirdness started after rank 3 or so. The problem is that the customers just stand in the street and don't come in. There's usually only 1 sim that comes in and  buys something, and there might come another one after him, but never one of those who just stand there. It's not just this business, it has happened to me earlier on other businesses. I don't know about community lot businesses though, never tried those. And if it helps anything, I only have Pescado's hacks.

Well, they can make gelatin and crepes suzette, but no layer cake or baked alaska. I have no idea what's wrong, they have maxed cooking skill but still no layer cake.
