I have a question. I have never played a vampire but my sim got an invite to a party from one and she went . While there the vamp kept having the hunger symbol well she died ! She turned into a pile of ashes and the death guy came and then she was a black ghost with like a red heart that was pulsing ,he took her into the elevator and all that was left was her urn. My sim and the other guests had the thing to mourn and then everyone left. The weird thing was next time my sim went to the lounge where the now dead vamp was a door person/bouncer she was there! Do they not really die? By the way she was/still is on my sims friend list although they are not friends , they dislike each other . Just curious if anyone else has seen something like this .

I downloaded this one and its really nice .
  You will probably like the teeny lots in the town district Claeric , it also plays well so far no routing issues etc. and the premade houses are really cute .

@ Anebrd yours does look spooky and more shots from street would be great .
@ Jorganza you really really have to finish yours it is amazing even at this stage ! I would definately add it to my game .
@ Bluesoobutton nice and roomy and I like the color scheme but the roof does look a bit churchy style maybe a flat roof on that part or like someone said more windows ? It does need something there .
@ ajcrawly interesting shape / style and adding the pool is a very cool idea .

@ gotchan excellent! They all have such character . Please post a download link it would be so cool to have them in my hood , also thanks for the idea about turning down settings I hadn't thought of that I'll try it today , my camera jumps up or down and the surrounding buildings are always in the way I even have to "shoot" through some of them . I can hardly wait to see everyone's houses .

I've installed your world and been building a bit on it . So far I have one block complete and a couple of houses in my China Town area . It has been a bit hard for me to maneuver the camera while building but thats me and nothing to do with the world , so far it seems to work great I have one sim and I keep moving him from house to house to try them out . I hope to get around to actually playing him some soon . Sharing the small lots we build is a great idea !

I hate this house in my game it is so ugly . Prosthetics yours is really pretty , I love the entrance . And Sipu yours is very cozy  and country looking I like what you did with it.
Heres my go at it I hate the hill so tried to hide it lol . I also tried to make it functional so it is a Home Business lot. I have a family in it in my game and it seems to work well. In my game as well I flattened the hill later and put the business in the downstairs part of the barn after the family started to grow more.The little loft area of the barn is for making things for the shop.

Ihave all the exspansions and FFS,GLS,CS & TSS i have a little CC but didn't use any in this lot so hopefully none comes with it.

edit to add there are lockable doors to keep guests out of the living areas of the home/business also

I really hope this isn't too late but I have been going crazy with this one Jorganza yours is totally beautiful ! The others are great also. Well here goes my awful try ; Its a Duplex Apartment the best I could come up with. It has 3bds 1bath and 2 half baths for guests in the community area also a pool and playground .

 These are all such awesome houses! I've downloaded all the houses from this and previous House of Fail challenges and I'm having a blast redoing them all. i took out mods before i tried to patch and not sure about deleting from bin or camera seems like i did get something the 1st day for camera but god only knows what and where i put it so.. if i uninstall game and reinstall it then patch then get new AM it should work again ..yes? maybe? still my problem is which files do i keep to not lose my families/hoods? i found some in docs but ... do i save both the saved sims file and the other one too named saves ? i know to save my downloads file too .
 

i'm having the same problem "invalid file error" when trying to patch which i wouldn't have done except the pop up that awesome was going to stop working now when i go into game and click play it crashes i have tried everything i have seen mentioned here but same thing ..i'm past frustrated i want to try uninstall/reinstall but .. which files and where are they to save if i don't want to lose my hoods and families? please can someone tell me where they are? i'll just reinstall awesome from the 1st one i had with no stupid EA patch that one worked fine!!
