I am using your original age mod and I really like it. The revised one you mentioned is actually more suited to my tastes with longer times for normal and long settings. I would switch if you posted it.

This annoys me too, why all categories.Iif some people want their sims to run around in lacy thong underthings as everyday wear, because apparently some people want this; then make undies as everyday wear an extra download. I haven't downloaded much clothing or hair because I want nice quality. At least the create-a-style means you don't have to download 18 different colors of the same hair or dress.

I have noticed the fridge queue also, but wasn't sure what exactly was causing the traffic jam. Another thing related to eating that I have noticed is that sims eat their plate of food at the table, then get up with the plate in hand and look for another spot on the table to set the dirty plate down. This seemed to happen more in my larger families than with single/couple sims, no idea why. Is it possible to squash the find new place for dirty plates and just have them leave the plate where it is and get up from the table?

Hope I am not too late, but I think I am. I present Casa della Scimmia Felice, a Mediterranean inspired home with beautiful outdoor spaces. I managed to keep the outside stairs and porches and the pond. This is a 3 bed/3 bath home, plus nursery, game room and green house. Cleaned and wanded it can by your sim's for just under 90,000 simoleans.

Stole my idea for apartments on Aggie's Plus lot, even if different in execution. Good work, too. *polite clap*

Thanks. I would love to see what you do with your apartment idea. It's interesting to see how different people imagine using the same base space in such wildly different ways. I enjoying browsing the phail house threads for the same reason.

I present the A+ Luxury Apartments, built on Aggie's Plus foundation. I had quite a few problems getting the side buildings to be useful and finally put in a narrow apartment and community rooms in each side. The lot has been cleaned and wanded, but the apartments are still a bit pricey if rented furnished because I gave no heed to economics when decorating. I also included the residential version of the lot wanded to 118k.

ETA: I forgot the mention that I have all EPs and Stuff Packs.

I like both to the last minute entries. Very nice house Jim, if a bit pricey, but with a foundation that size it is going to cost. The community center is great. I just made one for my new starter neighborhood, but yours looks fantastic.

Any ideas on next month's house? I want to give this phail house thing a try.

I would also like the ability to change the sort index, so that similar clothes/hairs will be grouped together.  Adding a batch mode, so multiple files can be selected and then batch change the sort number. Adding the filename as a tooltip would be handy too.

This looks genius, will give it a try. Will help me weed out recolours and such for clothing I no longer want. Thanks!
