Once again I am thankful that UK EP release dates are three days after US ones... I never patch until I get my EP disc, and by then I am an incredibly happy bunny as Pes has normally managed to at least get a test version up. I normally have no problems waiting until AM is ready as without it the game is not worth playing.

Using Nov 1st package, spotted the family horse standing in trough but drinking from behind it, and the silly sim that owned said horse standing in the bookcase to put a book away. Sorry, was laughing too hard to take screenshots.

No other problems observed in over a week of sim time played, and these aren't really game threatening are they? But, I know the little things can lead to bigger issues, so thought I would mention it.

Donated $30 because without Awesome mod and other things I have found here, Sims 3 would be unplayable in the extreme. Nothing says thank you like money..... but, since I already gave you some of mine... THANKS anyway, especially for the hours of amusement and laughter from reading the forums.

I think you all speak remarkably good English for a bunch of foreigners.  Tongue

Of course, my English isn't perfect, but then, I've spent too much time in the US, or watching the myriad TV shows they export to over here, so I'm polluted, or corrupted, or possibly both. Either way I remain English. God save the language, because I do think we are on the slippery slope to a global tongue, and it won't be "English English".

Oh, and Jezabel, your English is way better than my French, so I don't think you have anything to worry about. I do try, but as you say, unless you can think in the language, you can't really speak it without messing up the flow of it. I can get by, but every Frenchman knows the minute I open my mouth that I'm English, even if I don't start my sentences with "Um..."

Is there anyone who knows when the test might be over so that one can update the mod?

And here I just put mine in for a service, won't be back for at least a couple of days... I would say precisely, but, duh! The Crystal Ball is in for a service!

Incidentally, the test version is working just fine for me. No obvious bugs or glitches to report. Then again, I've hardly had time today to play, so that might explain the lack of observable data....

I regret that I am not awesome enough to have done more than download the awesomemod as yet. I have managed to get the framework downloaded and (I hope) installed correctly. Awesomemod is indeed next on my list because to be quite honest EA have successfully made the game almost unplayable for any length of time without something Awesome being done to it.

Luckily I have MATY to relieve the problems, solve the issues, and re-energise the playability factor. Thankful indeed am I, if still nowhere near awesome in and of myself Smiley

I've had this issue with the Panda Crib from the Store too. I'm not a big fan of brown wicker in nurseries, prefer white thanks, so again, no longer using what was my favourite crib.... Not happy that good money is being given in good faith for shoddy stuff that doesn't work properly.

Thank-you Kyna, I will check those out! Hopefully I'll find something that suits, or can be tweaked to do so. I love my simmies, both in free play and legacy, but this has been tempting me for a while and being so close to a start... well I had to find out what I could do and could not. Otherwise it would have spoiled the game for me.... Not that I will score it or anything, I do not remove my hacks for love nor money and could not go on without my custom content.... Hence I play for fun, not points! But that's just me maybe, and because I really do like Hope, she's been great through college, I just didn't want to have to give up on her and start again before her apocolypse had even happened!

Hello! I have been checking all over the place today and can't find any rule updates for Free Time, AL, or Mansions and Gardens...! One of the problems I guess with me having to have the whole kit and kaboodle, but, now I don't know what to do! My Apocalypse founder is almost through college, and I did find several "rumour" posts saying that Pinstar would not be updating the rules any further....

What should I do? I want to play the challenge, and I don't get a lot of time for simming, so it's taken me a while to get Hope (my founder) through to her Senior year because of that. Can anyone suggest some good potential rules to follow for the stuff packs and EP's not covered by Pinstar's rules, which I have up to the Seasons (playtesting) EP?

Thanks in advance!
