TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Anyone find a skill cheat/mod?

Yeah, I'd love this as well. Stupid Testingcheats doesn't work how it used to, and allow you to simply drag. I have never understood why sims, that are older than say toddlers, do not automatically come with "some" skills. I mean what reality is it to find someone in their young adult hood that has no knowledge about anything. Wait never mind, I forgot....

Ok a few questions......
Sims CHILD: What musical instrument can they play? I can only find the gruitar and it doesn't have options for the children to use it, only teen and above. I swear I had seen screenies that children were playing the guitar.
Clothes: I haven't found what store you are supose to be able to BUY additional clothing? Can you buy clothes in this game??
Cheats: Can we set up a cheat starting thinger like we did in TS2? Or do we have to type testingcheatsenabled every time. Are there any other cheats than that is listed in the help menu?

Smitfraud-c.... A ASSHOLE of a malware. I couldn't get over this being a new problem after my game never had problems. So i kept digging. Looking at system files created within the last few days and then googling and googling and googling until i found references to the smitfraud-c. IT took less than 5 minutes to clean after that. It hadn't popped on any of my virus/spyware scanners.

Ok after my DAC errors last week. I did a complete reinstall. Used the automatic remove then manually made sure to delete EVERYTHING including documents Ea Games folder, and all reg entries. Reinstalled In order of product release. Patched each EP and SP after its install. Game loaded fine. I remembered I have a 1680x 1050 native monitor res, so i used jordi's mini tutorial to edit the graphics file. Again Everything loaded fine. No stalls Etc. NO CC at this point. Not even camera mods. Upon playing the game I began getting this Blue screen Freeze. Its not the blue screen of death but I'm sure they are in the same family.
Basicly the picture goes from amazing graphics to a solid blue wait screen for roughly 20 seconds to 1 minute every 5 minutes or so. I have 3.5 gb ram. raedon ait 1950 pro with 512 ram, win xp. I've never had this problem.
I have removed securom. I have checkd for virus's and malware.
I am runing from the no cd exe updated for most bv patch *gamecopyworld.com*.
I have also changed my default HIGH settings down to ugly nothing and stil get the blue freeze. Can i get any help?

I tried searching but all I found were information on having weddings on vacation comm lots.

It does rather tick me off that no one ever puts the prices or motive scores of items in download info. I still find that hard to get my head around; I'm used to modding communities in which everything important is spelled out and in which gameplay is of paramount importance. That's because most people don't KNOW the motive scores of the crap they're editing, or if they do, their understanding of such is grossly flawed and thus their results would be equally worthless. The vast majority of the modding community consists of the "look what I made!" smacktard with no sense of craftsmanship. They are without honor. *giggles* That is the first time I have heard the word smacktard. Though I'm guessing same meaning as one of my favorite words fucktard.

Speaking of BV comm lot marriage. Has anyone else tried it? I tried it using maxis wedding arch and the celebration arches. On comm lots there were no menu's available on the arch but the person to person proposal option was there.
Anyone found a work around. This was when running the game vanilla so no mod confliction.

Has anyone else noticed that Sims aren't getting their mid-shift perk up? Explanation: Sim A would previously go to work and along about half to 3/4 way of her shift her bladder and hunger would become almost full. Now there is no rise at all. Not playing with any hacks. Unsure if any previously played with hacks or mods were the reason she would get the rise before.
Can anyone tell me if you've gotten the same thing?

A 420 should be able to adequately power your existing system unless it's defective somehow. If the problem is that it's becoming choppy which goes away when you unplug the CD drive, consider that the problem might, in fact, be your CD drive. If your CD drive is doing something which causes it to hang your system briefly anytime is it prodded, this would cause your choppiness, and disconnecting it is why the problem stops. Based on this description, I have no reason to believe the power supply is at fault here: Inadequate power supplies don't cause the system to slow down, they just cause it to spontaneously die.
I don't use CDs for my games so the damn drive is usually disabled either in system or literally.

Ok another stupid question?
These are the "types" of PSUs listed at newegg. I know my system is something with ATX but which of them is it? How do I find out? Does it matter???
Type ATX (3) ATX / BTX (2) ATX12V (15) ATX12V / EPS12V (32) EPS12V (4)

No tax in Louisiana.
But we are on an Army base in the middle of nowhere.
I also like ordering from outpost.com (fry's) Again no tax.
My case is a full size. "gamer" case. has all the bells and whistles when it comes to lights and fans. No water cooling system though. Still iffy about that.
Reason for thinking PSu has to do with graphics: With my older CRAPPIER card it didn't do this. Also when I unplug my cd drive the graphics are no longer choppy. So I figured it was PSU related. As in not enough power to make it perform at full speed.

So those are the "stats" you'll want to look at closely when shopping on NewEgg. If you simply want a couple of selections, post your system specs (Motherboard model is especially important, although if you buy from an OEM like Dell the computer model will suffice) and someone will be able to point you in the right direction.
B I did post most of the specs in my original message, What others do you need?

Ok for all you amazing people who tuned in for my buying a monitor drama, here is my latest upgrade. PSU. This ordinarily might not be trouble. BUT of course for stupid ole me It is. I mainly use this system for the sims ONLY.
Here is a run down of my system (custom).
Win xp pro. - ugh not upgrading anytime soon 160 gb hdd- not upgrading. Don't use all of this. Ati x1950 AGP video- just got 6 months ago going to keep as long as I have a AGP MB.
Epox 8hda5+ Mother board- All MB can hold-not upgrading as MB will likely be extinct for SIMS 3 and I will be building another 2 gb ram - All MB can hold-not upgrading as MB will likely be extinct for SIMS 3 and I will be building another system
One DVD/CD burner- that has never worked right. (Looking at upgrading this as well, so any input is appreciated.)
For all of this I am using a no name brand (turbolink) switching power supply unit 420watt atx psu.
I would like to upgrade the PSU but shit I have no docs that tell me what to get. All I have been able to find in my MB manual is that it needs to be min of "+5VSB current of (>=) 2A."
I am likely going to purchase from new egg.
