EDIT: Found another way, in case someone's got the same problem: Patched Nightlife instead since the Nightlife patch includes fixes for both EPs. Looks like the problem really was the ISO.

Install basegame -> patch it. Install uni -> patch it and so on until everything is back on it again. Is this unnecessary? Is patching my latest game enough? 

Well, I already have an ISO and it looks like it's a working one since I managed to install the game with it but the patch just won't find it when I keep it mounted.
I mean, is there like a trick to it, something I'm doing wrong on Daemon tools or will I just need to get a completely different ISO and try again?

Just tried that. It keeps on asking me to "insérer le CD 1 du jeu Les Sims 2 Academie". ("CD 1 of the game Sims 2 University")

It's all in the title. I'm reinstalling all my games(and already had plenty of problems with "oh but you gotta play IKEA instead! That's your latest expansion!") The patch keeps on asking me to insert the CD. I've tried burning the image on a DVD, keeping it mounted in Daemon, I've downloaded all three mini images available at game burn world and kept them mounted while trying to run the patch but then it just says it "couldn't copy from CD". Nothing has helped so far.

Am I doomed to play unpatched or is there a solution, you oh-so-witty people?
