TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: dog half-buried and unable to interact after play with water wiggler

I don't have the Echo hack. I have most of MoreAwesomethanyou Directers cut installed (season's version) and that's it.
Last night my dog (same one) got stuck again and I nuked it. The message prompt said three things were burninated, including a "hello-to-greet" interaction or something of the sort. I looked around and there was a stray on the lot. So maybe this has something to do with it as well.

TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Garden Environment score bottomed out?

Room score plumeted in my game due to invisible fire.
I've just discovered a bug that has something to do with invisible fire, fire in inappropriate places, and the garden club rep. My sim was cooking inside and the stove caught. Another sim was outside in the green house and the room score plumeted. I couldn't figure out why at first, then I sent him to the front of the house (the backyard is fenced) to greet the garden club lady and he promplty caught fire. As soon as I got that problem solved a fire erupted on the outside of the house across from the burning stove.
Dammit. I was having fun, too.

I moved a sim into one of the affected houses because I was curious. Lo and behold, the flooding is gone. I checked three of the houses that had been flooded and now none of them are showing flooding in the basements. So did you change anything about house before you moved them in?? I'm curious because I don't remember doing anything and the water just "went away". Maybe I did change something and just don't remember doing it... That would be freaky.

I had this happen with a house that I built whose occupant had "a little accident". I didn't move the lot after his death. When I moved a new sim into the house the basement was flooded. I didn't nothing to try and fix it (I thought it was kinda cool) and after some game play the problem corrected itself.

I play with my right hand on the mouse and with my left middle three fingers resting on the space bar for easy cycling and micromanagment. However; I just discovered the ISBI challenge and have been enjoying a break from my normal mode of OCD style. I *still* would like to see Servo Power Down command initiate mega-super-speed mode the way that sleeping does. Guess I'm just selfish that way

Even with "No Server Do Chores" hack my electronic helpers spend a lot of time cooking, etc. I don't really mind that (they always clean up after themselves!), but I do mind how powering them down doesn't initiate a "sleep" mode. It's annoying.

TS2: Burnination / The Podium / super-speed when Servo "powers down"

Boy, wouldn't it make the game more fun if the game would go on super-speed when Servo powers down? It sure would be less annoying. I bet this is a hack JM had already thought of and was just getting around to doing anyway so I figured it wouldn't be a big deal if I mentioned how great it would be and all.
Heck, what a great guy!

Well, when you're lying face down in a ditch as some hairy ape-man rapes your dying, bloody body, just don't say I didn't warn you. And you think that just because the alleged IPs check out is safe? Spoofing an email address is trivial and the fact that it checks out proves nothing, because surely any axe-murderer would make it so. Otherwise, nobody would ever show up. Silly Brynne.
PROOF that JM is referring to himself

...Watch as a week from now, we'll hear in the news about how Brynne's naked corpse was found mutilated in a ditch by the side of the road.
Better watch your back while you travel, Brynne. Pescado seems to have plans for you.

As lesswhiny is definitely not the culprit in my game, clearly it's something else. I blame something non-awesome... This may be a good thing. The last thing Servo needs is a bunch of friends that will drag down his efficiency as factory labor with having to stop every day to maintain those. Lesswhiny was my problem. All of my hacks are awesome, so there was no disputing it. I want Servo to interact because I intend on making him the immortal owner of my dominant family's business. I don't want to loose perks and I don't want to have to deal with passing them on. Also, he can make friends and hire whatever townies I decide to not kill.

I'm having the same problem with the servo. Whenever one would show up on a lot you could not interact with them. In addition to this I had a Servo purchase a business and when he was there, the cashier was unable to process a transaction. The sim working the register was a controllable sim and there was no "ring up this costomer" option even though the costomer was clearly ready for action and eventually got pissed and stomped off.
I just took out the Directors Cut version of Lesswhiney and I'll see if that did any good and report back in a few.
