I use it too and it works wonderfully.

And... is that some Friendly Hostility I see in that avatar. Wink

...You win!

Now, I don't know anything about the problem so I won't comment on that, but...

Also, you can tell by the left side of the pic that I have twin babies at present in this family.  This is my gay couple, Puto and Pato Maricón.  Puto was abducted and impregnated.  I use the hack from MTS2 that allows for four different aliens to do the pollination.  When the Puto came back I used the pregnancy scanner (ACR) to check how many babies and he just had one.  Pato has the LTW of marrying off 6 children (or something like that) so I decided to feed Puto cheesecake for twins.  Lo and behold, he gave birth to twins, but only one looks like an alien.  The other has Puto's skintone, although his family tree says he has the same alien parent as his sibling.  Is this normal?  I have changed the default alien skin to a nicer one and Puto does use one of the few customised skintones I use in the game.

Oh my. You just had me laughing out loud at the names (while, of course, another little part of me screamed "Shut up! That's not funny! Don't laugh at that kind of stuff, it makes you look an idiot." But what can you do about uncontollable giggles?). I love bad jokes, yes I do. Cheesy Now I'll just go off and pretend I didn't laugh at such a thing.

You can use the agesims cheat to age back the adult. I can't really recall how the cheat is exactly, though.

'Fraid I can't help you with the other thing.
5  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: kind of a random question about hacks on: 2006 June 09, 02:43:00
(MATY got a mention on his forum, too... http://www.insimenator.net/showthread.php?t=14157 )

Oh for goodness' sake... I realize I'm straying a bit off topic here but I just had to say this. Is it just me or is anyone else just disgusted by some (keyword: some) of the posts in that thread?

And yeah, if anyone's wondering about my opinion (Though I have no idea why anyone would. Yet I post anyway. Weird, huh? Wink), I mostly agree with what rainbow said.

6  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Your Favorite Default Replacement Skins? on: 2006 May 29, 22:52:31
I use Louis's #7 too, for the same reasons that others have said already.

Am I the only one who thinks custom skin and eyes look freakish?  Embarrassed

Nah, there have to be other people who think that. We just haven't met them yet. Wink

Hmm, strange, I think the opposite. Maxis defaults look a little weird to me.

All right then. I hope it does help. Smiley
8  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Wow. What a no-life loser I am! on: 2006 April 29, 20:01:16
I registered on July 22, 2005, and have been logged on 9 days, 14 hours, and 36 minutes. I obviously don't spend enough time here.  Cheesy
9  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Hair Mesh Gender Conversion Weirdness on: 2006 April 29, 18:46:58
Is it just in CAS that it's not working? Does it work fine when using Change Appearance? If so, then it might be the same thing I had not too long ago. What I did was start a project in Body Shop with the hair that wasn't working and import it into the game. Then I just deleted the one that couldn't be deleted in-game from the Saved Sims folder.

I don't really know why this happens, though.
10  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Good reason for *not* getting FFS (Family Fun Stuff) on: 2006 April 17, 23:38:50
Sheesh, after reading all of this I have to say that I agree. This is just a rip-off. I never had any temptation to get the Holiday Pack and I don't have any to get this. I'll just stick to the expansion packs, thank you very much.
11  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Alright, 'fess up! on: 2006 April 09, 17:18:38
1.67 GB, 4,549 files, and 428 folders here. My biggest subfolder is my SimCribbling folder at 146 MB.  Too many downloads methinks. Roll Eyes At least the game loads completely in just a little over two minutes.
12  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: It feels so quiet in here... on: 2006 April 08, 02:59:39
Oh, ok. Thanks. I think I get what the Newsbox means now. Cheesy
13  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: It feels so quiet in here... on: 2006 April 08, 02:39:14
It's really quiet. Kinda' weird actually.

What's this problem thing? I know it says on the Newsbox that the site's currently under attack, but everything seems normal to me...
14  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Do You Fast Forward? on: 2006 March 22, 21:18:00
I play with againg on. Though I've never gotten past generation two because of how slow and distracted I am.  Tongue

I always have the speed at one except for when my Sims are skilling and when I get bored with what they are doing. Like when they're cleaning puddles from the shower, drives me insane.
15  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Phantom music in OFB on: 2006 March 15, 23:39:59
Yep, had the stereo bug too after installing OFB. After reading Ruann's post, I'm glad to know it's sort of normal.

I also had the same problem as Jelenedra with the TV. Weird thing is that it wasn't after installing an expansion or doing anything that changes the game's files.
16  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Managers and the salon chair on: 2006 March 05, 04:35:24
I've been able to get the salon chair to work but only if it's with a playable Sim. I use the 'Offer Makeover' interaction, get the bar up, and once it's full, choose the 'Be Stylist' option. It's worked almost every time with me (for some reason, it doesn't seem to work if my Sim was about to interact with the other Sim when the bar fills up).

Then again, the salon chair might be bugged and I've just been lucky enough to get it to work. Who knows?  Undecided
17  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: So Who Has OFB, Then? on: 2006 March 04, 00:28:37
Just got it a few hours ago at EB Games. The game's installed and my hacks are all sorted out already. I'm about to finally play the game now. Hoping nothing explodes.  Grin

On a related note: I got the pre-order code without pre-ordering. He, I love my country. One of the few places where employees just don't seem to care with some games. (Keyword: some)
18  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Good Skin Makers and/or Sites? on: 2006 February 28, 01:51:28
Ah, that must be it, then.
19  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Good Skin Makers and/or Sites? on: 2006 February 28, 00:48:26
Do you mean the downloads themselves? I don't remember very well, it's been a while since I downloaded them, but I think that a little above the actual downloads she had a link to her Simpage in the Exchange.(Longest sentence ever... ><). I think.

Edit: Never mind. I just checked and the skins aren't in the exchange anymore. And apparently the downloads were being linked to the Exchange. I wonder what happened...
20  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Good Skin Makers and/or Sites? on: 2006 February 28, 00:00:31
That's Helaene (www.helaene.com), I prefer her 805 series (check the Yahoo group) and 1/12 series (on the website). There's a default set of the 805s on MTS. Louis@Simcribbling's #7 series are my defaults (default set on MTS2, not sure where the normal version is available now). And the third person is Enayla, whose work is all at MTS2. Her set 2 are her best, but I don't like her as well as the other two.

Psst... The normal versions for Louis's #7 skins are at her site here. Wink

As for recommending skins, the ones I like are the ones that have already been mentioned: Simcribbling's, Oepu's, and Enayla's.
21  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Does this mesh look like this in your game? on: 2006 February 25, 03:05:33
Well that's an interesting way of looking at it.  Cheesy
22  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Does this mesh look like this in your game? on: 2006 February 25, 03:01:56
A few people have had this problem. Because it doesn't look like that in my game I suspect it's because of graphic settings and/or how good the videocard is.

Edit: Silly typo
23  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Awww... shucks (newsbox) on: 2006 February 14, 23:52:07
Happy Massacre Day! Grin

V-Day? Meh... Never been too big on it. Probably because I've been single for a decade and a half (read: my whole life). I did finally get a present today, though (along with half the girls in my highschool xD). But I did have a good time choosing my clothes today. Most people were wearing red, I wore black. Smiley

Would Katherine be the one from Sims Beauty?
25  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Default eye replacements on: 2006 February 10, 22:43:20
Here's a tutorial I'm using right now. Fingers crossed.

http://genensims.com/tut-defaulteyes.htm

edit to add:

Done. It was *too* easy, lol. I'm loading up the game to see how it worked.

Thanks! I'll edit here after I've used it (hopefully sometime in this decade).

Edit: Aha! I've done it. And I did it while being distracted by a videogame. Ain't I smart?  Wink
It really isn't hard, really easy actually.
