I am aware of several hacks for Apartment Life, however I want to be sure I select the correct one.

My issue is that once I move a resident from an Apartment into a house, eventually they will show back up on the lot loitering and falling asleep and all sorts of dumbness. What hack do I use to force previous tenants to leave and hopefully never come back unless invited?

Now, is there any reason that when I click on the download, I only get the option of run or save? Also once the file is done, I get a red x that appears and then nothing else. Would anyone mind telling me what I did wrong please?
