For the person who was having trouble placing doors on a greenhouse, I also had that problem.  I discovered that you need to place your doors before placing the gardening dirt down.  Or, remove the tile of dirt that is directly inside where the door will be, and then place your door there.

I just can't take my sims to visit restaurants owned by other sims, when they are family-run, with no outside employees.  When my sims go there as visitors, there's only the owner sim there all by himself, acting as host.  No cook or server since they are family members.  So my sims can't eat.  They jump out of their chairs as soon as they are seated.

This really is a bummer, since I was really looking forward to visiting there and seeing the family at work running their diner.

There are showers, and a hot tub, and the sims who leave aren't even stinky.  No green fumes.  Plus would they get that stinky after only 30 seconds?

Maybe I should replace the cheap showers with the expensive ones?

Isn't the forcetwins cheat only supposed to work on the sim you use it on, and not all of the pregnant sims in your hood?

I'm sure it's way too soon for me to freak out, but this sure is a heck of a coincidence.  When I installed OFB, I had 4 pregnant sims in my hood.  After installing, I played with a 5th who became pregnant.  I used the cheat on her, and saved/exited the game.  Over the next few days I played a couple lots in between, then came to one of my already pregnant sims' lot.  She had twins.  No cheesecake and no forcetwins for her.

This is unusual because I have been playing since last August in Veronaville after a clean install and never had twins in all that time.  Now my first set shows up in my first birth after I use the cheat on a different sim.  Please tell me the OFB increased the chances for twins in general.  I really don't want 5 sets of twins in a row.

The Tinkers pissed me off!  From their bio, it sounded like they had an established toy store going already.  I loaded up their lot and found a shack in the backyard with a toymaking bench and a couple of shelves.  Bah!  I played a little while but they're just not very interesting and they have no skills.  Plus Stephen wants to flirt with the Delarosa flower woman.

I think I will make them into townies.  If I'm going to start from scratch on a toy shop, I'd rather do it with one of my "good" families.

I also had one of my sims buy the 1-2-3+ Gym.  Customers will come in, decide to pay, go directly to the treadmill, run for 30 seconds, then hop off and leave the lot.  Or, those who do something else first and then go the treadmill also leave immediately after using it.

I can't keep customers on my lot for more than a sim hour or maybe 2.  Why do they leave right after using the treadmill?

When Nina had Don's baby in my game, I named her Eva too!  She grew up to be my prettiest sim ever.
