There seems to be a duplicating of the Uni backpack item in buy mode too. 15 of them appear side by side.

You need to open up the UNI fullbuild.package with s3pe, right click on the rabbit hole that you want to change, and edit the OBJK settings and put in a new code from the list below to reflect what you want it to be. Commit the changes, right click your rabbit hole, and export a package file with your changes.

Yeah it (20/1) still does the core mismatch thing. 2 warnings. Still, it will most likely be the last time a patch update is required.

Yeah the other mod does what it's supposed to, apparently. You don't take calls. It's the other stuff, like sims taking the phone out and pressing buttons (autonomous) or making calls ( I thought that was autonomous, but perhaps not). Basicly any action that would look out of place in a world set before 1990.

Pescado, any chance that deers and raccoons could live on a lot without a human sim being in the family? The household just disappears if you try to do this currently.

I just tried to install the Ultimate Stage Venue from the other thread, but even after dragging it onto s3rc (and then decrapify) the venue shows up without a shell, so all I'm looking at is a black box.
Thre was also issues with the last EP's Pet Shop, and I gave up on that. Katy Perry set looks to have installed ok though. Any ideas?

Yes, you can use it with pretty much any app.

Before you "highly recommend" it Check out some reviews and actual tests of this software from known forums, not the reviews on dodgy fake paid review sites. You can also test it yourself by looking at your available physical memory and CPU usage (in task manager) before and after using it and then tell people the real difference it made for you.
Not quite sure what sites you've been browsing, but my recommendation comes from having used it for around 18 months.
And it frees up alot of unnecessary  RAM, as much as 300mb on occasion, enough to be a significant help.
That's not placebo, Task Manager and Gamebooster show the same numbers. It works.

^^ GameBooster is highly recommended. Strips your computer to the bone to free-up everything for the game.
I got something called Tune Up Utilities today, and it stopped quite a few unnecessary processes. About 6 or 7, which is always welcome.

And no, I haven't tried the crash analyzer. I'll check it out thanks.

Not sure if it's DEP or not, but since Generations I have been getting "Sims 3 has stopped working and needs to close" every couple of hours. Now, I never had this error ever before Generations. Plenty of CTD's, buckets in fact. But never that.
Crashing has been thankfully minimal this past year, until Generations.

I have added TS3W and TS3EP04 to DEP. And every single executable from every pack.
I am just going to remove everything from DEP, do it again, reboot and see where that takes me.

But something fishy IS going on though. I have this process licked normally. And it's not ram, that's only averaging about 2.5 on task manager. Sigh. It's not like the EP even added anything substantial to the game for all this chaos. :/

Pescado, seeing as Supreme Commander is effectively 'autopilot mode', would there be any chance of including things like cleaning, party host, or perhaps  patrolling (for security guards)?  

A party host could check for music, serve buffets, mingle and pour drinks out, etc. Potentially useful stuff.

Also, I vaguely remember you saying something about features which will only be added to AM once the last EP and patch is out. Is this still true?

There's no reason why the merged ones wouldn't appear.
Maybe they're too big, or not in the right directory.
 
If you're talking about EA store content in .package format, they will merge just like any other package files.
