1  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Uni Life Thread on: 2013 March 29, 16:03:48
The problem is that her needs go static as soon as the icon pops up in her queue. So no matter what I had queued up at the time, it won't have any effect. Let's say she had to eat, use the toilet and shower. She just finished eating and is on her way to the toilet. The class icon pops up. She will go to the toilet and shower but her bladder will not empty and her hygiene bar won't go up. Let's say the classes icon pops up while she's eating. Then her hunger bar won't fill either. As far as I know this only affects this particular sim too.

Played University for the first time today and ran into the same problem. I had two active sims and it happened for both of them, when the time to go to class came, all their motives froze. I cancelled the "go to class" interaction for one of them and tried to have him eat again but he still wouldn't gain hunger. I even tried to move his hunger motive up with testingcheats enabled but I couldn't. I could only drag motives up/down again after the class was over, at 10 am.

New patch released today. It (supposedly) fixes this problem.

        * Kleptomaniac Sims can no longer steal Subway stations from lots.

 Cheesy

That's like the stupidest bug I've ever heard of (and I only heard about it now that they say they've fixed it)
5  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Facts & Strategery / Re: Personalities (Traits and Labels) on: 2010 November 27, 14:41:51
Hidden Traits

Immune To Fire
Pyromaniac
Makes No Messes
Pizza Appreciator
Burglar
Can Apprehend Burglar
Can Salute
Vampire
Mummy
Simbot
Rocker
Asian Culture
French Culture
Egyptian Culture

Other AM traits I'm aware of:

Incontinent
Chosen
Narcolepsy
Tealdeer
Tealdeer Immune

I've only used Incontinent on an elder sim and it works, he keeps pissing himself all over town. The rest (except from Chosen, obviously) I don't know about, haven't tried them (yet).
6  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Facts & Strategery / Re: Personalities (Traits and Labels) on: 2010 November 27, 13:29:34
Is Unforgiving a scrapped trait (like Stupid) or a different name for an existing one?
7  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Late Night bugs & annoyances on: 2010 November 24, 07:53:08
I am absolutely certain I got my test Sim the Long-Distance Friend reward, and after some Sim days it suddenly disappeared;

Did you by any chance editsim him/her? I've found that when using editsim all LTH rewards disappear.

I've been having the "This program might not have installed correctly" message after every patch I've installed without it actually affecting anything. Probably a false alarm from Windows, so I guess you shouldn't worry about that.
10  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Pudding Factory is for downloads: put your lame requests & WCIFs here on: 2010 November 02, 20:46:11
Does anyone have Moyrie's "Part 1" download? The link says it is invalid, and since I am redownloading the entire store using their system for convenience, I don't know what is and isn't included in whatever file "part 1" is, so it's necessary to complete the set.

If you mean the "Part 1" from this post that's Store Clothing 1 and an updated version was uploaded by Moryrie. You can find it here

I know of this which enables hacking 22h a day (but only the laptop) but it also changes some other stuff about hacking.

This is the new Animals Abound set but it still shows as zero items in set http://store.thesims3.com/setsProductDetails.html?productId=OFB-SIM3:24061

The new stuff are: bathtub, sink, potty, end-table, 3 paintings, mirror, curtains, 2 misc. deco objects, dresser, crib, high-chair, toy-box, 3 new toys, wall light and couch.

They're available as separate objects at the moment, but I guess the whole set will be up soon.

The cheat is supposedly changeLotZoning [apartmentbase/secretwitchlot], I just checked it on Snooty.
16  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Playing AL without apartments: witches enough? on: 2008 September 30, 17:53:10
I also really hate the good vs evil alignment thing. The more "good" you are the less spells you can cast on the evil side and vice versa. I would like to see a mod to remove this restriction (I'm thinking someone will make one like that eventually).

Someone (TripleM) already has made that. Check the Peasantry.

I think Power was one of the original aspirations that got scrapped. It was something like a mixture of Fortune and Popularity. There are still leftovers from it in the game.
18  Darcyland / Lord Darcy Investigates / Re: Jukebox Animation Fix on: 2008 September 17, 11:57:47
Did this happen with the Deluxe pre-order jukebox as well, and if yes, will this fix it too? Thanks for it either way!
19  TS2: Burnination / Taster's Choice / Re: no alignment change on casting a neutral spell + no reagents (documented) (EP8) on: 2008 September 16, 22:28:37
now if only someone can make a mod to enable all spells no matter the alignment

name: noalignmentreqandchange.package

description: casting a spell or creating an object dont have alignment requirements. magic skill requirement stays in place. although, casting a spell or creating an object of the wrong alignment take much longer, have lower success rates and drain motives much more, as already implemented through EAxis.

Do I understand it correctly that this also contains the noalignmentchangeoncast.package mod too, or should I get both? Thanks for these by the way, especially since it's not something you'd make for yourself. Smiley
20  TS2: Burnination / Taster's Choice / Re: no alignment change on casting a neutral spell + no reagents (documented) (E on: 2008 September 15, 18:03:46
Is it possible to make a hack that makes spells not change your alignment at all? I wish the only way to change alignment would be by studying it.

I think I'd like that as well, an evil witch or a good witch should be able to cast a good or evil spell respectively once in a while without their alignment changing, even a little bit.
21  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: PSA: Abandonated Mods Borked by AL on: 2008 September 11, 12:21:18
About lotfullofsims, there's a recently released beta for AL here: http://www.ancienthighway.net/cs/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=45
22  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: AL -- Pets not installed... but wants me to adopt! on: 2008 September 11, 10:18:25
Yeah, like others said the lapdog works as an object (not 100% sure, but you probably don't get relationship with it) so it's standalone. You do need Pets for the witches' feline familiars though.
23  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: My sim's wife is a sekrit furry! on: 2008 September 10, 23:14:17
What's her job? I'm pretty sure there's a job available (the sports one, I think, though don't quote me on that) that has your Sim wear the llama outfit to work.

True, and that one goes with a llama hat actually, while the mascot from uni has a full llama head which covers the face too. That'd be a way to tell.
24  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: TS2 Store Stuff on: 2008 September 10, 21:34:19

I see. Would you mind sharing your puhairmummy file then? What size is it?
25  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: TS2 Store Stuff on: 2008 September 10, 17:33:23
it isnt a hair  Roll Eyes

that files missing so much stuff it could be a wall file if it didnt say mummyhair

hopefully EA fixes it

Um, I know what it is, thank you very much. And although it technically isn't a hairstyle, it still appears under the Hair category in game, you know. It's not eye-shadow for example.

Plz to refrain frum I-rolling.

Havelock: Thanks for the fixes! Smiley
