The other apartments on the lot are supposed to be blacked out - and are in my game. If they're not, I suspect that you are playing in the wrong premade apartments (some of the premade apartments are glitchy about blacking out, most notably the Cho/Riley lot) or that you've been using build cheats while the lot is occupied. Oh, so that's what the problem is. The only co-joined lot I played was the Cho/Riley lot. I really should have played with it more before opening my yap about the issue. Hurr durr, don't mind me.

I've seen some people saying this on the BBS, and I just don't understand it. What would be the point of having an apartment feature with special doors if you still had to control everyone at the same time? That's the way it worked before if you tried to make apartments. You could still do it that way if you want to.
Likewise, I don't see the point of the apartment feature if everyone has to be controlled separately. I wouldn't mind it so much if the other player houses were blacked-out and the Sims inactive, say for going to work or school, but they aren't. They're fully, er, conscious and going about doing stupid things. Perhaps I am just a control freak, but it bothers me a bit. Perhaps, once I screw around with some throwaway Sims, I'll get over it or learn to live with it.

Like:
-Apartments. I always wanted them since I first got the game. These are great for Sims who just got out of college and CAS Sims. -The ability to move paintings and such up and down the walls. This expansion is worth it for that alone. -Shelves. -Magic. I haven't done much with it, but I have a feeling I'll like it quite a bit. -Vending machines. These will be useful for community lots.
Meh:
-Playground equipment. They are somewhat useful if the spawn have nothing else better to do, but otherwise they're a waste of space.
Dislike:
-The start-up music. It is too sleepy and slow, in my opinion. It may just be me, but I expect game music to be bouncy in some way.
Loathe:
-The fact that you cannot control ALL the families in an apartment, you just get to select one. Perhaps I wouldn't mind it if the other families are inactive while I am playing with one, but they aren't. I figure I could use the mind control mirror, but I worry that time is kept differently for each family, plus I could inadvertently do a VBT. I will have to test this out, but it simply irritates me to no end.
If I can't figure out a way to control all the families at the same time, then I'll have to restrict one family per apartment building.

Fucking trolls.
This chum seems to have been around since 2006. Ether it decided to turn troll for the lulz, or it is one of those dense sheep who think that EAxis can do no wrong, and everyone else's complaints about SecuROM are part of one vast pirating conspiracy. ETA: I'm going to install Mass Effect right now then uninstall it and continue to do so until it doesn't let me anymore. I'll let you know when that happens as well. Mass Effect only allows three installs. Good luck wasting them, you dit.

Seriously, it isn't a big deal. If Spore's copy protection fucked up your computer it was a shitty computer to start with. Man, there sure are a ton of shitty computers out there, then... especially odd since most of them gave no indication of being shitty before SecuROM. Could it be SecuROM's fault? ...Naaah, it's all your stoopid pirutez fault. Actually, I don't even get it. Why even worry about copy protection when most of you pirate your games anyway? I feel rather strongly about buying current gen games. I bought every expansion pack up to Seasons. Once I heard the troubles SecuROM was giving others, however, I decided I rather not support a company that treats its customers like criminals. I have yet to have SecuROM on my computer, but I am not going to risk it, least my computer is too "shitty" to withstand a rootkit fucking around with it.

Do you have a cafeteria worker serving food, or is it pretty much self-serve? I am wondering how your dormies die off so easily. Sure, mine stink, piss themselves, pass out, and do everything else, but they don't die. I want to start a campus cemetery.

There is a way to "turn off" the witch look and keep it off, right? I want to teach my "psychic" Sims witchcraft and pretend it is PSI, but it kind of ruins my imagination if they all look like witches, or if I have to constantly keep the costume from showing up.
I have just finished downloading AL, but I am waiting until there are new and updated hacks before installing it.

I seem to be having a problem downloading your lot, Count Four. The zip file doesn't seem to want to extract correctly. Perhaps reupload it?
Either way, it looks nice. There is a lot of improvement from the original.

TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Non-awesome user considers installing Seasons, requests assistance!

So, I'm not ready to install it just yet, but I figured that since I had time I might as well at least download it to have for when I am ready. However, there aren't very many cracked Seasons versions at The Pirate Bay, and, me being unawesome and all, I'm not sure what kind of quality those that are there are. As such, I may require a tiny bit more assistance - for those of you that Arr!'ed Seasons, what version did you use?
My suggestion is to check the comments and the amount of seeds a torrent has. Usually if a torrent is bad, people will post comments saying it is so. Go for the best, most seeded torrent. (note: If I am wrong about this, let me know) I also agree with others about Vitality.

I don't usually read Sim stories, but I sometimes stop by Sexy Sims 2, just to see if I can find some tacky sex stories. Usually, I am not disappointed. Here's a sample: Cumming together: In the beggingBasically, it is a story about Cyd Roseland screwing numerous people, including his own son. How wonderful. Notable pictures: ...why is there a baby object in the background?. NWS: I don't know why, but I am very amused by the face the fireman is giving.NWS: ...the hell.NWS: Those breasts! Ugh!Quotes: Suddenly...i whisper in her ear as she ever had a one night stand?
She quickly responds back "No...I think those are disgusting...however tonight might be a first..."
Hearing Marissa say that I quickly tore off my clothes and she looked at me with a disgusting but surprising look.
Marissa: "Oh my...do you expect that to go inside of me..." Marissa quickly ran down the stairs and left Cyd in total confussion. Cyd: Yea...whoa...(little did Hillary know that was the first time Cyd had ever seen any breast in person before) Hillary: Cyd...my pussy is throbbing, my nipples are hard...and I cant get your dick our of my head. Cyd...I know this may be hard to believe...but I want you to be my first...take my VIRGINITY!!! Cyd: "Did you just have a girl in her son?"
DJ: "No dad...um...I was just watching a gangbang flick...
Cyd: "Well son...your dick says otherwise." Cyd: "Hey son...want a banna"
DJ: "Naw...I'm about to go to....
Before DJ could finish the sentence Cyd had stuck 9 inch dick in DJ's mouth and came inside his mouth in less than a minute. We laid on the bed and talked some more until...I saw the bulge in Cyd's pants and my pussy instantly started leaking like a water hose. They all die by fire, which is very deserving. Now doesn't that turn you on?

Well here's my effort. I haven't changed the structure much, I've just mainly given it a themed makeover...
I present to you Bonsai Bungalow!
*snip*
Oooo, that looks good. However, I don't see a download link anywhere.

Have you tried uninstalling everything completely (keeping a backup of the neighborhoods, downloads, lots, and everything else of importance, of course), then reinstalling from scratch? I have a feeling it may be due to an important game file corrupting, possibly during installation/patching.
I know it is the EAxian solution to everything, but it is the only thing I can think of that may resolve this.

I found K&B to be worth arrrr-ing, in my opinion. Then again, that's because I actually liked the kitchen sets. The bathroom sets, not so much.
I haven't bothered with TSS, mostly because I couldn't care less about teens. I will probably arrrr Ikea sooner or later. Some of the stuff looks good.

...without downloading a superhack like, for example, the Puppy Killer... Why the aversion to the Puppy Killer? If you just download the OBJ version, it doesn't affect anything. You just spawn the object to use it. It is pretty much a in-game SimPE. Then again, perhaps I don't see the point of a hack like this, unless special actions are added along with the ability to tag kids as married.

No, I'm recommending a program that works well for me and that I think is pretty darn cheap. If I was advertising, I would have said "Buy GameJackal(TM) now for the low, low price of only $9.95! Hurry, supplies are limited! Order now and receive this fabulous set of Ginsu knives absolutely free!" Also, I would have provided a link. :p
I've used it as well, but it seemed to have problems with GLS. Also, the program itself is no longer being updated. The makers can no longer sell it, either. So much for that.
