They never pay enough!

But now they do...  Grin
2  Awesomeware / The Armory / Re: Pool Hack - Anti-Pool Obsession And More! on: 2006 July 07, 12:01:40
They will only use the pool if appropriate dressed for it,
as opposed to magically pulling their swimsuits from their butts the moment
Hahahaha  Cheesy I almost choked when I read that.

Thnaks im sick of my sims jumping in all the time
3  Awesomeware / The Armory / Re: Harder Jobs + OFBp2 Fixes on: 2006 June 18, 15:27:17

7  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: faceless guy on: 2006 January 06, 09:45:53
Well, now I've seen everything!  It's certainly never happened to any of my teens!  Maybe it happens if you use the Inteenimator?
It shouldn't I've usedthat ever since I first bought the game, I have my face completely disapear but enver had bluesyndrome
8  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: New Open for Busioness Video 1/05/05 on: 2006 January 05, 22:17:35
I'm slightly skeptical of the viability of businesses like the salon....who, exactly, is your customer base? Not your sims, I hope! They probably look exactly like you want them to look!

I also notice that this newest promotional shot features a lack of sims being mean and nasty, unlike the first one. I do not approve.
I agree they seem to have loads of little expansion packs instead of a few big ones, unlike the Sims 1 (towards the end of the expansion packs" they don't enhance your game alot at all they just get them money and give you more computer slowdown time Cheesy
9  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Cow Head on: 2006 January 05, 22:15:26

10  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: faceless guy on: 2006 January 05, 18:30:24

11  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Graphics question on: 2006 January 05, 16:35:49
Perhaps it has something to do with the graphics settings of the person who made the custom things? I guess if it was me I'd just go with whichever setting shows the majority of the skins the best way. I played for a long while on really low settings before upgrading my video card so I'm just glad to be able to see cinematics now and see the Sims with fingers and not paws, so I'm not quite sure if that's what the problem is, but it seems like it to me...
So thats why my sims have paws haha.
12  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Cow Head on: 2006 January 05, 15:25:03

14  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Cow Head on: 2006 January 05, 14:53:54
Erm, I'm trying to make a kind of custom cow head using the mesh from Uni, that will stay on the sims head while swimming, instead of being like a hat, any ideas on how I could get it to not do that? Like any tutorials or little hints on what I need to change? Im kind of a n00b but I really want a swimming cow etc Tongue
15  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Yey!!! My brother is now a newly-converted TS2 freak! on: 2006 January 03, 09:58:39
Unless you have two computers this is no good thing...  Tongue
16  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: All my plans Ruined! on: 2006 January 01, 16:12:09
So they got on fine and had a daughter called Brocia (I like to make a combination of the parents' names).
That's what I do!  I have loads of kids with combination names in my original Pleasantview, such as Donina (Don & Nina), Robson (Roberta & Grayson), Justella (Justus & Eleanor), Rima (Ricky & Marion) ... the list goes on.  Most of the names are invented, but some are real, such as Robson.  In fact, the majority of my born-in games have combo-names.  Sometimes I combine the names of grandparents instead, such as Mordon, who is the grandson of Mortimer & Don.  Sometimes I use strange combinations, which is why Castor & Allegra have Altaga (plus another I can't remember the name of) and Castor & Brittany have Barony.  The letters are all there, but not combined in an obvious way.  Occasionally I combine whole names, which is why the grandson of Skip & Daniel is called Spankideli.  I have great fun with this.
Haha Spankodeli
I needed another way opf getting names, Im so crap with names they're so boring haha.
17  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Yet another few questions, on: 2006 January 01, 16:06:06

19  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Yet another few questions, on: 2006 January 01, 14:44:24
3)Simlogical... The Bush that makes all the stuff you have keep with you, How does it work, I mean where does the stuff reappear when you movE?

the stuff dosen't go anywhere, it stays in the house. normally when you move everything get removed from the house so if you move a family out and then back in you must redecorate

4) this is going to have an odd response but: Im thinking of buying Nightlife but because of the let down I had with Uni, (because he neighbourhood takes ages etc, and not being able to send your kids to uni and live tehre at the same time kind of thing) I just got bored there also wasnt a major lot of difference, so is it worth buying nightlife and what kind of things make it good?

I wasn't to sure about getting NL, Uni was ok but it didn't really add much to the everyday life of my sims. NL is totally different (IMHO anyway) I love it! Before NL my sims rarely went to Community Lots, now they go all the time and it's faster to get there because you can chose the exact community lot you wish to go to before you go anywhere so theres less loading time. I like that my sims homes no longer appear to be surrounded by nothing and although I didn't care about them having cars before...it is wonderful to not have to wait for the damn taxi or car pool.

I play with free will on and I like the fact that now I don't have to always pick who my sims will fall in love with. I like the fact that they will now flirt more often on their own even though I do have to pay more attention specially in the case of my romance sims, which brings me to the Furious state, I know some don't care for it but I love it, a sim should be pissed off if they catch their "love" cheatin  Grin  The "not fair" part about the Furious state is when a sim catchs their "love" rejecting a flirt from another sim, they still get pissed off as if their love did cheat, sadly I know some real people who were so jealous that they would react the same way so although it's "not fair" it is true to life *sigh*

Anyway, If I had to chose between Uni and NL then NL would certainly win without a seconds thought.
To the shop!!!  Shocked

Haha, and your avatar is cuter than my cat, (stupid cat) Tongue

Thanks for other replies, damn I hoped I could take the gravestones of the goths with them because they need a bigger house they have too much money to not spend Tongue.

JM doesn't like numbers in people's names, so that's why they are banned from the forum.

I agree, I HATE numbers like Jake749663 or those dumbassnames with 66xxCherieeXx66
it looks so tacky, but banning them? Lmao!
22  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Stupid Question on: 2006 January 01, 10:40:31
I think if you put em on the wall shouldn't they survive like just and old picture?

I don't know , I've never got a diploma haha.
23  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Yet another few questions, on: 2006 January 01, 10:39:36
God im such an f00ping n00b.

But:

1)Is there anyway to fix the fact that in my Uni all the simskind of lock themselves in their rooms so the idea of socialising never works. I don't like making these sims selectable because I have to filll their every need and stuff and I like the kind of chaos of being able to sit back and watch, but they don't DO anything.

2)Also I don't get Uni, I mean what do they get for getting a diploma? what does it help them acheive??? because its so boring to send them through uni i've never actually ahceived it hah.

3)Simlogical... The Bush that makes all the stuff you have keep with you, How does it work, I mean where does the stuff reappear when you movE?

4) this is going to have an odd response but: Im thinking of buying Nightlife but because of the let down I had with Uni, (because he neighbourhood takes ages etc, and not being able to send your kids to uni and live tehre at the same time kind of thing) I just got bored there also wasnt a major lot of difference, so is it worth buying nightlife and what kind of things make it good?
