1  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: No interactions available in the Temple of Heaven on: 2010 January 15, 20:42:58
I decided to revert to a backup I made a couple of days previously and can now interact normally with everything in the tomb (and have found Pangu's Axe).

I have no idea what caused the problem before, but I noticed that all my sims contacts, except for those currently in China, had disappeared from the relationships tab during the borked trip to China. Whether the two incidents are connected I cannot say, but they both occured during the same trip.

I'm sure I'm in the right tomb - it's the only one on the Temple's grounds with stairs going down! I can see the rubble pile and the door at the end of the hall with the keystone, but I can't interact with the rubble pile to smash it. Even if I nuke the rubble pile, I can't interact with the door behind it. Resetting the sim hasn't made any difference (neither did removing AwesomeMod, which I tried just in case).

Is there anything else I should try before reverting to a backup?

I've just been given the Pangu's Axe quest and have entered the Temple of Heaven, but can go no further. Everything I click - rubble pile, door, keyhole, even the floor - says "no interactions available". The only thing I can do is light the candles. Have I missed something or is my game FUBARed? The only hack I have is AwesomeMod.

Thanks.

Something I've been wishing for for a long time is the ability to change a sim's favourite food. That and the option to shoot/kick/napalm stray dogs when they roll in the flower beds.

I've just been doing some testing and the problem seems to have been caused by trying to move the sim into a dorm immediately after moving another sim out. If I play the dorm for a few seconds, I can then move the sim in without them disappearing. So, problem solved (although I have no idea why this only affects sims created in Bodyshop)!

I can select them in CAS using the skittles/stick figures icon, choose their clothes, aspiration, personality, etc. and put them into the neighbourhood without any problem. The problem arises when I try to move them into a lot - although they appear in the family picture in neighbourhood view, when I enter the lot they're not there. If I return to the neighbourhood and click on the lot they're still shown in the picture as if they are living there, but they disappear again if I re-enter the lot.

Can any of you knowledgeable (and Awesome) people help with this problem...?

If I create a Sim in Bodyshop and try to use it in game, it disappears from the UI as soon as I load the lot although is appears fine in CAS. There are no problems with Sims created in CAS itself. I have Seasons and all the previous expansion packs, am using the Seasons version of Bodyshop and only have Awesome hacks. I've tried searching on various sites and have not heard any mention of this problem - does anyone here know what could be causing this problem or how to solve it?

Thanks,
Bembella
