I broke it again!

So, some lots crash my game. There's nothing unusual about them, I've made them myself and they have worked just fine before. Also, calling Garden Club or inviting over that bearded GG dude over crashes my game. Before these started to happen, my game sometimes crashed on community lots, especially if my Sim drove there by car, but I thought it was just too much to my (new and fast) computer to handle. This all happens in my own non-Maxis neighbourhood.

Bon Voyage is my newest EP. I have a bunch of hacks, but most of them are of good MATY quality. Warmthfixes.package and no20Khandouts.package are the only ones that I have loaded recently, but I think the problems started before I got them. Anyway, here they are, all my hacks:

I'm so clueless about this, that I don't even know what I should tell so someone could help me.

Edit: I just remembered another syndrome, but I'm not sure if it's related: sometimes, when a sim gets pregnant and changes to maternity wear, her CC hair changes to some Maxis hair. But it can be changed back by changing her appearance.

I guess I just have to delete the family.

Absolutely nothing helps. The stuck objects remover makes him disappear, but the problem stays when I open the game again. With boolprop testingcheats... I can make him selectable and choose the debugger's age body, but it does nothing. 

I have the lot debugger, but I don't find an option to fix age.  And shouldn't I need to select it with the baby/toddler? Because I can't choose him to play with.

It's always nice to have totally new errors. (New to me, at least.)

My toddler was normal for few in-game days and now he thinks he'a a baby. He lays on his back and sounds like a baby, but my other Sims can't interact with him. Those cuddle, play and hold options do show up, but then comes an error log. I have tried deleting the baby and then going to neighbourhood and back, but it didn't help. I also moved the family out and to another lot.

I have only the base game and I haven't got any new hacks for a while.

Ok, the problem is kinda solved. The debugger didn't help, so I moved the family out and to another house, they needed more space anyway. Now NPCs work properly, so the problem was something in the lot.

I had the doorbell quieter and I removed it, but it didn't help.

If I order pizza or groceries, the delivery guys get stuck in a sitting/driving position partly inside a wall. No error message appears.
I have only a base game and some hacks, mostly downloaded here. Yesterday I loaded a lot of hair and clothes from different places, but they can't cause this, can't they? What should I do?
