TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Corrupted Sim file

Okay, so I have a family in Strangetown and they were all set to go on vacation, except the school bus arrived at the same time as the shuttle. Instead of getting on the shuttle, the teen and kid go on the school bus. The adults try to go on vacation. At this point I decide, I don't want them to go on vacation. So I keep canceling out the action to "go somewhere" on the adults queue, but it keeps popping up annoyingly so I activate moveobjects on and delete the shuttle. After doing that I was transported to their vacation house but was in buy/build mode. Upon reentering Strangetown, I was informed the family was on vacation, but when attempting to play the lot I can only get into build/buy mode there. Eventually I deleted the vacation neighborhood and my family was magically back at home. Problem seemed to be solved. The teen, Wren, grew up and moved out. The kid grew into teen, etc. etc.
But now bodyshop crashes. I've narrowed it down and it seems Wren's file is the one causing it. The game runs fine with her in it, so I assume I'd just need to remove her file in order to enter bodyshop but I was wondering, is there anyway to bring her file up in SimPe to see what's wrong with it and fix it? It seems like a pain in the ass to remember to remove her file everytime I want to go to bodyshop and I'm afraid that eventually she'll get buggier, but she's my favorite so I don't want to delete her.

So yesterday I was playing and I went to enter Strangetown's CAS and my game crashed. The window popped up that says "The application has crashed. The application will now terminate." I spent the better part of three hours going through the FAQs and guides here, including taking every folder out one by one. It seemed that it was something in my user data but all I wanted to keep was my neighborhoods and downloads. So I copied those folders to my desktop deleted the rest, ran the game forcing it to recreate all user data folders in My Documents, closed the game, put in my neighborhoods and downloads and everything worked fine. I was able to play for about 2 hours last night and about an hour today. Then today after I'd spent about an hour decorating a house in a different neighborhood, I minimized the window to open Fraps so I could take some pictures. After I entered cameraman mode and took the first picture, the application crashed again. I lent someone my original Sims 2 discs awhile ago and I won't be able to get them back. So I really don't want to have to reinstall everything as I'd have to buy new discs. If anyone can help me it'd be greatly appreciated!!
Here are my system specs in case they're needed:
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Professional System Manufacturer: Dell System Model: Dell DXP051 Processor: Intel Pentium D CPU 2.80GHz (2 CPUs) Memory: 1022MB ram
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS Video Card memory: 512mb
Also I have all EPs, and the H&M Stuff Pack.
I don't know what else information you'd need but I could try to get anything else. The video card is new, it's only been in for a week, so I don't know if that's causing it. I played for a few days with it before the crashes started so I don't think it is.

TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / baby error

so my sim was pregnant and it said she was having twins. well she had a girl and then she went to use the computer. The other baby is no where to be seen but shows up on the icons, two baby girls, but it didn't ask me to name them and I can't select the one. Now my buy and build modes can't be accessed because apparently she's still giving birth which means I can't exit the game.

TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Sims can't cook/eat/get leftovers

This happened to a previous sim and then my game froze after saving and I lost that whole neighborhood. Now I've recreated a new neighborhood and all was well and now the same thing. I had my female sim go to the fridge and get leftovers and after I chose the leftovers for them, she got them out and they disappeared and she kinda glitched back a few steps, empty handed. So I told her to cook hamburgers, she started preparing them and then went to cook them but the preparation board stayed where it was with the raw hamburger on it but she went on to cook the invisible hamburger. (she does cooking motions but nothing is there.) after it's "done" she glitches back empty handed. I have checked my downloads and nothing is showing up as being corrupted so I don't know what the deal is. Please please help.
