1  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Game freezes on Woohoo on: 2009 February 02, 03:07:30
Ok, I narrowed it down to two folders of clothes. Neither character was wearing clothes out of those two folders (I'm pretty sure), all said clothes work in body shop. Any thoughts? I'm not so overly attached to them that I would mind keeping them out of my game, but it seems odd that that would affect anything.
2  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Game freezes on Woohoo on: 2009 February 01, 15:48:39
On one of my lots, I am unable to have my sims woohoo. They get in bed and do all that fine, but once they start to do the "jump under covers" thing, the game freezes up and I have to use end task to quit the game. This is only happening on one lot, all the others work fine. It started right after I installed "Free Time." The particular lot had been having a lot of problems with getting stuck bills and the like. I tried moving the family to another lot, and it still happened. Attempting it in debug mode did not throw an error. I removed my downloads and it worked fine, so I know it's something from there. I have a lot of downloads and I was hoping maybe someone could suggest a place to start trying to pinpoint where the problem is coming from. Thank you.

Dead link? And who exactly should I be PM'ing?

I kinda figured this was the response I'd get. Oh well.
5  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Request: Re-Animating Custom Hair on: 2007 August 24, 23:23:57
There are several custom hairs that have really bad animations (like Peggy's in particular). I saw that there was a tutorial of sorts for removing the animations. However, I really like animated hair, and I was wondering if there was some kind-hearted and adept person who would take on the task of adding new animations to some of the hairs. I am computer-graphically challenged, else I would simply ask for a tutorial (unless the task is simple, which I doubt). I know this is kind of a big thing, and if someone could do this I would be eternally grateful.

Lot debugger worked perfectly. What causes these sorts of things?

Dumb Question: Is the terlet clogged?

Uh no, no it was not.

I removed all of the hacks from the game. Problem persisted. New error log.

One of my sims is having trouble using the bathroom. She'll go in, stand next to the shower/toilet and then reset and the object drops from the queue. She isn't having any trouble using anything else, and no one else is having problems using the bathroom. I used debug mode to try and reset the toilet first, and an error popped up on her in an endless loop (getting out of that was fun). I attached the error log. I've never had this problem before. I didn't have BUY implemented in this house. All of my hacks are awesome.
9  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Third Seasons Patch is out.... on: 2007 June 21, 21:20:25
For those who have tested the new patch....
I never got patch 2a, not because people said it was buggy, but just because I didn't feel that it was necessary. Is getting 2b needed, or should I just continue without?
10  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Can I alter my custom fridges? on: 2007 June 10, 00:35:00
On the topic of altering things for expansions.... the custom trash compactors don't have the option to "compost contents". Now this I know is the same fix as the fridges, but I don't know where to get the files to replace. Anyone have them?

Clean installer worked. EA flt.
12  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Empty Sims2Pack files? on: 2007 May 25, 03:55:24
I just dl'd a bunch of walls and floors that were packaged in sims2pack files. I installed them using the content installer, fired up the WTF editor to rename them and.... they weren't there. None of them (I had dl'd like 50 or so). I did a whole disk search to see if they were installed somewhere else on the hard drive, and came up with nada. I dl'd them from tsr, no one had left any comments saying they had this problem. Is there a way to look inside the sims2pack files and extract them without using content installer?
13  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Color Binning Hair on: 2007 May 06, 16:16:11
Say you downloaded a custom hair, and it turns out the creator didn't color bin it. Is there a way to make it binned? And if so, is there a tutorial out there? This is more of a nuisance than a need but any ideas would be helpful.
14  Awesomeware / Playsets & Toys / Re: Fruitbowl of Awesomeness: Death To All Nesses Edition on: 2007 May 05, 21:16:30
Downloaded it yesterday, its away from everything and the action is disappearing on the way to the queue. The sim doesn't even try to do it.
15  Awesomeware / Playsets & Toys / Re: Fruitbowl of Awesomeness: Death To All Nesses Edition on: 2007 May 05, 15:25:29
Whenever I try to stock the fruitbowl, the action disapears and nothing happens.

I feel like I should have seen that coming. Thanks.
17  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Plan Outfit... Outerwear on: 2007 April 29, 21:31:18
Is there a way that you can plan the sims outerwear? It really annoys me that you can buy new outerwear but can't change into it. Or am I just overlooking something...
18  TS2: Burnination / The War Room / Re: Deleted 2: Electric Boogaloo! on: 2007 April 29, 20:59:50
I'm having some trouble reseting the creation index. The option involved (UNK: 0xCC2A6A34) is not coming up when I open the neighborhood in new SimPe. I'm playing Seasons and the new SimPe is only up to Pets. If this is the problem is there another way to reset this or is it possible to play without it? I'm only deleting 9 sims.
19  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: S.O.S. - Can you safely delete a family that's never been out of the bin? on: 2007 April 28, 18:37:47
So is there anything you can do to save the neighborhood if you've already deleted a family out of the bin? I've been playing for awhile since this has happened and haven't had any problems (knock on wood).
