This house comes out at you. It is like reading a childrens story where the imps are constantly showing up in odd places; you are surprised by the detail wherever you look. I could never play with colours and make it look as good as this! The entryway is pretty, the little tv- and desknook is well put together and the colouring is unified throughout the house. Great work, witch!

I like the notion this is built in an abandoned car repair place. That's given me a few ideas of my own. I've always enjoyed re-purposed housing, and after seeing all these lots again I feel a bit of a building bug starting to grow.
I can't wait to see what you come up with! Is this the start of a Tiny Lot challenge?

Hence why they get knocked-up when they're 12. Women don't know what they want, because if they did, they'd be mortified by how perverse and sick their desires are...
You have obviously been raised amish or read way too many romance novels. My perverse mind and I are very much on the same page and none of us is sick. And for the record, teens get knocked up because they are too stupid or too inexperienced to use contraceptives. They are going to be sexually active no matter what Pastor John or daddy says so you might as well educate them on how babby is formed and why you don't want them when you can't provide for them. Funny thing is, you seem to ignore the fact that a woman can't get knocked up without a man putting his penis up her vagina. But a man can't be blamed cause he is just following his perverse and sick desires, right?

Laziness is one thing. UR I agree, is just plain retard looking, but to assult the way someone has always used their language by comparing Color and colour is going overboard. American English is NOT the same as British English. This is appearent in calling the hood of a car a bonnet, which to an American is a hat for a woman and a hood with has 2 meanings, the car's engine cover and the hat piece attached to a sweat shirt, a coat, or similar garment.
Black English is somewhat different, too, and I would not fault them if they spelled something fo' instead of for. Please be open minded when you talk to people, and be sure you are not assaulting a culture rather than just laziness. Thanks
I do not care who I insult. If I do not understand what you are saying, how the hell am I going to communicate correctly with you? Remember that this is MATY and the standard for correct grammar is key to any communication on this forum. Many of us are from other countries where American English and British English is what we are exposed to. Throwing in anything other than the occasional meme or acronym from the Internet and you may be faced with a lot of problems. BTW, your last post is remarkably similar to a drive-by, since I cannot find anything resembling a grammar discussion in this thread. If you do not have anything other than "OH HAI, I kno ure deeferens in langages!" to say, I suggest you keep your cakehole shut. And wtf is up with the "assault" on other peoples languages? FYI, no one is bashing anyones head in. If your feelings are hurt because someone misunderstood you, then go cry me a river, 'cause no one cares.

Sims3packs decrapified before Pescado fixed the program doing so are unusable. The only way to go about it is to find the original files and decrapify them using the newest version of the "decrapifier". As for merged package files, I suspect what Moryrie is trying to say is that there is no way to reverse the process. That is, if you merge package files once, you can't unmerge them and erase single files. You have to find the original package files and merge them. This information is readily available to find on the site when performing a search. If you ask again, be ready to be sporked.

I know you really dont care but that is my reasoning. As for not contributing you never know, you may get lucky and never hear from me again. Then again I hear Karma is a bitch so dont count your chickens before they hatch.
Is this the point where you say you are not going to share your simpoints with us? OH NOES

ALERT, dear n00bs!
Before posting in this thread, read it in its entirety or at least do a fucking search! Most likely your inane question has been answered numerous times before. This is not your average kumbaja forum, we do not handheld you through the process of acquiring information and require you to actually use your one braincell you were born with. If you learn to READ through each thread before you post stupid or already answered questions, you might avoid sporkings in the future.
This has been a friendly message. Do not wait for the unfriendly version. Go, Gadget, go!

Either RTFM or do a search. Expect no tutoring in subjects that have been discussed at numerous lengths before. Imbecills are rarely tolerated here, as you seem to have understood. Now, go back to lurking, learn how to use the search button or wait for the sporkings to commence.

Why are people hating this addition so much? Don't like it? Then don't name your sodding cars!
I DON'T HAVE TO GIVE A REASON Oh, wait. I already did. A: It creeps me out because of the wild imagery in my head, and B: I find it to be irrelevant to my interests. What is your reason?

This actually creeps me out. The picture of a dood banging his cars exhaust keeps popping up in my brain. And yes, people do name their cars i real life, but as some have pointed out, The Sims is not real life. What is the pourpose for naming the car in the game? Could the sim take it out for a night on the town, maybe have some dinner and catch a movie? I am seriously perplexed about this. To me, it is even less interesting than doing laundry.

I don't have anything in my Downloads folder besides 6 sims3packs of houses, so I don't think that's the problem. My DCCache folder does have about 1Gb of stuff though, so maybe that's it I don't really get what you mean by "use the last .dbc to sum" though. I see what you mean. I had to toss my dbc files due to them slowing down my game. Another way of keeping the loading times to a minimum would be to merge package files. Search the forum and you'll find instructions on how to do that. I believe that the newest dbc (the one with the largets number) is what markjs is referring to. I have not tested this method myself, as I have not had the need to using my method. But then again, my game is fully patched and updated so it could be due to game versions.

The launcher reads the sims3pack files you have stored in Downloads. Create a folder under Downloads for already installed crap. Leave the sims3packs you want to install in downloads. Decrapify and open launcher. That way, it reads the sims3packs you want to install instead of every sims3pack you have. Easy peasy.

Try dragging the flattening floor tool over the area. Sometimes you can't see the wonkiness in the floor tiles. I have no idea why it is complaining about the terrain. If the cheat has been used successfully, nothing like that should happen. Unless you have used the terrain paint tool and tried to paint the floors with it.

The Goth Mansion is known for having bugs like the question mark tiles. I am not sure why you are unable to delete the floor, so my suggestion would be to move the family out and replace the mansion altogether. I downloaded a remake of the house here which is in my opinion an improvement and a hasslefree abode for my sims. Come to think of it, there might be an issue with the level of the floors. Check the leveling on the floor above and below to see if there are any warped tiles there.

That should be possible to rectify, though. A sim who has reached the top of the fashion carreer gets a positive moodlet for the rest of his/her lifetime. Creating a moodlet stating that the spouse is a cheater would be a nice improvement. I wonder what happens if they split up... does the moodlet drop when the sim finds new love, or is the sim scarred for life and has trouble finding a new spouse to trust? It could be followed by an adversion towards getting married a second time. Oh, the possibilities...
