1  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Resurrecting Pregnant Sims? on: 2006 October 30, 18:48:40
I don't know about the sim being bugged, but, from what I've experienced: pregnant sims are still pregnant if resurrected and usually give birth within an hour of said resurrection.
2  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: The Slim System Bed on: 2006 September 28, 19:06:20
It was there from the base game. It's the bed used in the Curious household... or, at least, I think it is.
3  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Heaves resigned sigh..... on: 2006 July 29, 20:28:42
What level is the Sim in their career, exactly? My memory's a bit hazy, but I don't seem to think the Military Jeep shows up whilst the Officer levels.
4  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Suggest Street Names Please. on: 2006 July 09, 09:32:11
I use the names of politicians and characters from classic novels - I think one of my neighbourhoods has a "Thatcher Way" in it somewhere. I scare even myself sometimes.
5  TS2: Burnination / Building Contest of Awesomeness / Go on then - mock me. on: 2006 June 28, 17:48:09
How's about this, then? §120K* or so, Northern England-esque suburban home. (i.e. my home.)
*The original version was 160K. It essentially had another semi-detatched house on the lot. Because they looked similar, I got confused.

The garage doesn't work, but it could probably be made to by removal of the fireplace and side door & gate. (And the addition of driveway extension pieces.) However, it does contain a few career/aspiration rewards anydangways.

Upper level spare room could probably be converted into a nursery, and a door could be placed linking the two essentially seperate-but-not homes together into one big one, and/or they could be treated as two seperate homes altogether, which is why the other half isn't furnished.
(Or it might be because I couldn't be arsed and I don't know how my neighbours furnish their home. And I couldn't care less, either.)

Bribe: Either Two goat sacrifices, or I don't release the film I made in The Movies, which generally consists of Pescado making a complete arse of himself, to the public. (i.e. post it here) I haven't decided yet.
6  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Invisible Fish Poll on: 2006 May 22, 06:49:29
I don't know if I have fish. (No Sims have fishtanks in my n'hood. And I've not been on the game in donkey's years)

But my graphics card is a GeForce 2 MX/MX 400. Can't remember what drivers are installed.
7  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: About LTW Hacks on: 2006 May 02, 19:39:43
I think Maxis decided to nuke them because not everyone might want to send their Sims to college just so that they could get the degree to enter said careers. That was also the case with Paranormal and Show Business.

Ebil propaganda-ist Prima Guide! Ebil!

I'm randomly going to assume that Mister Paper is using the UK English localisation of the game. The game and SimPE treat it as a sepirate sepurat entirely different thing to US English.

Plus, when I looked at the file, it had only been changed for US English.
9  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: How do I get rid of 'Cory's Group Talk' boolprop cheat? on: 2006 April 27, 18:56:33
I think I may have had a problem like this. I solved it by moving the family out and moving them back in again.

Open question: Might the Lot Debugger or Force Resettery do anything about it?
10  TS2: Burnination / Peasantry / Re: Clothing equality mod - adult clothes for elders, buyable maternity and work on: 2006 April 24, 09:59:30
I think they're under costume makeup and unlocked anyways. They're not part of the work outfit. I think Tybalt wears the "Criminal Mastermind" one, and the supposed Captain Hero one is blue.

Edited to add image:

83MB. Largest Sub-folder being the one containing random implements of itemery and clothing from MTS2.
12  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: A RUMOUR about the next expansion pack on: 2006 April 06, 16:51:42
Maybe if the EP was bug-free and they bribed me with at least double the production cost.
13  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: A RUMOUR about the next expansion pack on: 2006 April 06, 16:37:13
Not done at all.

Does that even count?
14  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: No Plat Grave for my poor grilled cheese simmie on: 2006 March 31, 20:24:36
What? This?

15  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: This is more than usually odd on: 2006 March 31, 20:20:47
If you're that desperate, you could always marry the lads off to some townies.
16  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Who's got some good names for Servos? on: 2006 March 27, 19:08:25
Mine are all (yes, all both of them) named Servo. Creativity is not my strongpoint.
17  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Family Fun pack at *GRASPS* $20.00! on: 2006 March 16, 20:31:28
I just watched the teaser video, and I think they're trying to hypnotise people into buying it. Ack! My eyes!
18  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Phantom music in OFB on: 2006 March 15, 16:56:18
Happened with the expensive stereo in one of my neighbourhoods.

Though I've never heard of the TV doing that before. How odd.
19  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Robots on: 2006 March 14, 19:07:05
The Prima Guide says Servo can die, but what does the Prima Guide actually know?
20  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Car dichotomy on: 2006 March 09, 21:47:35
I used the "changelotzoning" thing when bulding my car dealership. No idea whether the lot functions as it should, but the idea is there.
21  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Request: Talent Badge training progress bar .... Please? :) on: 2006 March 06, 07:44:26
If a robot were to go into a hottub and there were other people in it, wouldn't you expect them to get electrocuted, too?
22  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: OFB prices on: 2006 March 05, 18:53:29
£20 from Game. It was much cheaper online, but the postal service isn't very good around here.
(Plus I wanted it ASAP.)
23  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: what!? no next EP hint in OFB box? on: 2006 February 25, 11:56:06
Just 'cause there's a guide doesn't mean there's a game. Prima might just be publishing random books.
24  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Their Bassist is a Girl! on: 2006 February 22, 19:31:20
I'm not sure whether or not this belongs here or in Peasantry, since it is an upload.

I was a bit bored and decided to do, well, this. It's a music video of Trogdor, Sims-style.

The quality may not be that good, since I'm tired and wasn't thinking straight at the time. Click the "this." to download.
25  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Trogdor Strikes Again! on: 2006 January 18, 19:17:13
Buyable fire.

Some of the hedges were growing like crazy and the gardener couldn't get at them. And I couldn't be bothered to sell each one in Build/Buy mode.
