Ancient I use the marriage-postmortum  hack that has April 21 as the date on ot and it works just fine for me. I just had  one of my sims husband die and she fell in love with his cousin. Had 3 bolts for him so I let them get married and she didn't get any cheating memories.

I can't get mine to work either. I even did like you and downloaded a fresh copy. No go.

Mine is 5.49 gigs. 1.38 gigs is my objects folder and 1.49 is my recolors folder.

I tried all the things you all have suggested and I still can't get in. The graphics still don't show but at least I can get in now and am able to read.

I have been useing the same one sleepycat uses and have no problems with it.

I had a sim in regular play roll up the want to buy a robot. He also had the reg. wants to buy a fridge and bathtub etc. when I first moved him into his new home.He is the only one so far that I have ever had roll this want.

Yes It happens in my game too.I just sent 4 sims through uni last night and the whole time they did not get any 5 hour warnings until final. The only notice they got was so and so has final in one hour.

I also move the mailbox on the oppsite side of the sidewaalk and use windkeepers mailbox cover and have had no problems. The mailman still delivers the mail and such.

I use the free version of Avast and have had no problems with it. It seems to catch things that nortons misses.

Iwouldn't say my games is working as intended.It has has it's share of glitches. Just never has anything worth mentioning
