From that template I made a three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse on a 30x20 lot. It costs §116,639 furnished and §65,866 unfurnished. There is a two car garage, which also contains an inventor's station and the laundry. I have no idea why, but Soozel Woozel seems to think the house belongs to her, she just wandered in off the street one day and took possession. So don't be surprised if you catch glimpses of her in the pictures. I have interspersed some pictures of daytime and nighttime lighting, as I had a lot of fun with the custom lights. I have every EP and SP except the Katy Perry one.


As you can see, Sooze had a busy day but managed to fit in a nap and a bit of gaming before appropriating one of the kid's beds.

Right click (or ctrl left click?) to select sim and ctrl shift c to open the cmd prompt, then 'maxmotives'? That might do the whole lot, or fambly by fambly.

Processed is not the same as using the decrapifier. To process something in English means something like a series of events happen to it. In this case it means you upload the file and I move it to a thread with all the other sims3packs. There is nothing you should do to it before uploading.

Decrapify is what people have to do to the files to make them work, but each person should do their own. There are threads and posts on this site explaining how to do this.

What Pescado means is, the item is not free to access without registering, therefore it should be made available here.

What people mean by 'untouched' is that the sims3pack should not be decrapified before uploading here.

As the item is free I don't think it should go in the store downloads thread, but if people want it there for the sake of completeness I will move it.

The possibility of romantic or other interactions, have merely been enabled. If you do this and then seek out the custom mods that create the teen/adult interactions, the Pescadoian consequences are that there is a risk of the sim being caught and identified as a paedophile, which will have an impact on the sim for its whole life. Quite realistic.

How is this supporting and enabling paedophilia? Are you asking that the punishment be removed? If not, then you need to find the people that write the teen/adult interaction mods and have a go at them.
