My fairy doesn't have wings.  Cry
327  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: TS3 Store Content Fixes (Updated 08/23/12) on: 2012 September 21, 18:45:04
It doesn't matter where the sims3packs come from, as long as no-one has fiddled with them and decrapified or otherwise amended them. You need vanilla sims3packs. As far as I know, all the packs in our store thread are clean and pure and harbour no evil thoughts.
328  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Being Supernatural on: 2012 September 21, 05:35:20
Do you use decrapped sims3packs or packages in the mods folder for your store content?

Do we have to call her Fat Poofy People now?
Like Fuck! Just try it, buddyboy.

The Ice Cream Van's unwillingness to leave and generally creepy, stalky behavior is why I wanted to take its code an add a Pedovan that will steal your careless children.

Waiting....

I love the funky decor. Especially in the Witch's Retreat.

It's a fun house.

Nice house witch. I don't know if I'd have the fortitude to play all of the types at once. I'm concentrating on one at a time.

I have the lifetimes set on epic and there will be no babbies in this house, so I can take as long as I like. I usually can't decide what to play in a new expansion, I WANT IT ALL AND I WANT IT NOW! (I did this method with showtime and it was awful once they started to get gigs. I was also playing on the old machine then, and the game damn near choked).  Roll Eyes

Someone reminded me about genies the other day, so I'd better get one of those too.

There really is something for everyone! I like the unicorn and the witch on the broom, and some of the first ones posted which have a dark aspect. Good onya Emma.

This is a 30x30 home designed for supernatural beings. I started playing the Sookie Stackhouse fairy sim, Marigold Something, and then added a witch, a vampire and a werewolf. The house rapidly became too crowded and it was hard to find places for all the bits and pieces that went with the sims and their jobs, so of course I had to build a house. I made a common living area, then four separate apartments, one for each supernatural type I am playing. These are not Eaxis type apartments, they're just part of a house. Each of the four parts has a workshop, a bathroom and a double bedroom. There are double doors into each separate space so if a couple lives there, each sim can have a lockable door. I'm a bit disappointed that the locked doors stop cats, I thought cats would be exempt for some reason, probably because cats never seem to have any problems going where they will in real life. The only bathroom accessible by guests is next to the vampire quarters down the sekrit stairs. The vampires get two desks because one of them is an author.

When I installed the lot into my game, the bookcase door got borked and I had to replace it, but everything else seems to work all right. The lot is 30x30 and costs §136,964 (wanded). I grabbed the package file out of the dcbackup folder, no idea if it will work for those who use packages for their store stuff but I thought it was worth a try.

I put the house on a 40x40 lot in my game because I needed room for the beehive, gem cutter, kennel and so on. I may also add a sauna or hot tub at some point, but even on the 30x30 lot there is a good square of space at the back left-hand corner.

So, pictures first and then the download links. Put your sunnies on, some of it is quite bright.

That DAMNED ice cream van won't leave.

Werewolf's Pad

Witch's Retreat

Fairy Fernery

Vampire Lair

My sim fambly, except for the witch who is either napping or playing games on her computer. (Sounds about right).

Download Being Supernatural sims3pack

Download Being Supernatural package - I would appreciate some feedback as to whether this works or not.

There should be no cc whatsoever, apart from the store stuff.
333  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Bonehilda on: 2012 September 14, 20:48:57
I had the coffin in the vamp vault under the garage, she did not go to the house at all. She should really be responsible for the whole lot.
334  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: White Flying Textures on lot after two days of playing, any help? on: 2012 September 14, 07:45:20
The sledgehammer tool often works too.
335  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Testers wanted: No Fullmoon Freakout + Extremely low Chance of Zombies on: 2012 September 11, 02:57:09
Do the random sims that get zombified turn back?  I have an investigator quest that I can't finish because the person I report to turned into a zombie.

You *should* be able to just quickly switch to that sim and remove the zombie moodlet, in theory.

I was not able to select the zombie sims, even with AM.
336  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Testers wanted: No Fullmoon Freakout + Extremely low Chance of Zombies on: 2012 September 09, 23:17:24
I haven't seen the lunacy freakout, I'm assuming only non-supes get it? My household has four assorted supes and they get good buffs off moonlight and the full moon. As for the zombies in the garden, 40% every 90 seconds? What the fuck?!?
337  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Awesomemod Request Thread on: 2012 September 09, 08:22:42
I SWARE MY GAME HAS A TICKBOX!

No, seriously, I scanned the list and thought, yeah, they've covered all the supes. I was wrong.

HAPPY NOW?
338  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Awesomemod Request Thread on: 2012 September 09, 06:42:03
Please stop the constant zombie avalanches. They are not cool and I'm tired of using resetsim every time one tries to eat the garden.
Better, make an option to disable zombies altogether, so people who like them can keep them. The witch reanimation ritual will probably need to be an exception, though.

There's a tick box in options to turn zombies off.

Absolutely fabulous. You've put a huge amount of work and energy into this. Very authentic looking and a great backstory.
340  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Jfadeworld 2.0 - NEW! IMPROVED! ISLAND! on: 2012 September 03, 19:35:48
jfade, I think it looks terrific and is very functional. I like functional. I recently tried the new EA island world. It's pretty but takes half the day to get anywhere.

However, did you put any beaches in? I hear beach swimming is coming back.
341  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: TS3 Patch 1.38 on: 2012 August 31, 22:57:13
Did anyone tell Pes there is a patch this time?

I just did, so he has no excuse.  Grin
342  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: TS3 Patch 1.38 on: 2012 August 31, 21:07:10
So is the game still playable if it can't talk to the internet, as mine can't?
343  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Prato di Livori - empty tuscan world on: 2012 August 31, 20:42:14
I happen to have one, and I'm looking forward to giving it a go!

Cheesy

BTW Gwill, whilst you're here, would you please jump up and down on Pescado's head until he releases the unreleased shinies? I'd be very much obliged.
344  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: The TS3 Store: post your questions, updates, and tech help here on: 2012 August 30, 07:58:44
Have you looked from the beginning of this thread?
345  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: Zoom and rotate camera stopped working on: 2012 August 29, 02:41:39
Dunno about the sims, but one game I play (Lotro) has a really weird keybinding on the 'x'. If you hit it inadvertently, your camera keeps reverting to the toon's viewpoint. Very disconcerting.

I am wondering if the sims has a preset key that restores a previous viewpoint? I vaguely remember you can set and return to viewpoints. Is it possible this is happening? Or that you have managed to trigger a default camera position?
346  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: KT's Store Fixes (updated 08.22.2012) on: 2012 August 29, 01:03:07
I've got my sauna placed in the corner of a brightly lit garage. The only time I recall totally excessive bloom was when the sims woohooed.
347  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Plots / Re: Via di Piantagione 7 - tuscan cottage on: 2012 August 27, 08:32:27
Great, I love some of those trailing flowers and climbing creepers.
348  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Unable to 'Make Sacred' despite other functions working fine on: 2012 August 27, 04:12:05
Type 'bless' in the command line to do a household.
349  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: The TS3 Store: post your questions, updates, and tech help here on: 2012 August 26, 07:42:12
I couldn't place it  - until I went back to Kissing toast's thread and downloaded his base game patch. Seems to have fixed it. I had some sims woohoo because I wanted a boy, they had bloody twins.

I've been too kind already.
