Receiving empty wants again. Horrid. They are:
unnamed wantable object category 10102 (+500) unnamed wantable object category 10104 (+1000) unnamed wantable object category 10103 (+1500) One of these I figured out purely by accident - it ended up being the Ant Farm. Train set is one and restorable car is the other I think. I'm doing a binary search right now trying to find the culprit.ETA: Do you have uni_ltws_sns? That's causing the wonky wants for me. I posted in the Oops! section as well.

Everytime my sims are off to work they suddenly appear on the lot again after some time but still within the time they should be working. When they should return from work the message "You weren't at work blah blah" pops up - plus: I don't get any money. And also I get some wierd anim-string error message
Are you running the game with any hacks? You can post one of the error logs and have someone take a look at it for you. ETA: Has anyone run into a problem getting paid for work after receiving a big bonus from a chance card? Amidst all the general slam-your-head-into-a-deskness of the BBS, I saw a couple of people saying their Sims at the top of the Science career are coming home with -§27000 instead of §2733 after they chose the correct chance card.

So far I have only played The Mole household and I noticed that he had a green positive memory of being burgled although the wording seemed to suggest that it should be red. This is true for the pre-mades in Riverblossom Hills as well. All of the "this person died" memories are green and all three of the O'Mackeys have positive memories of the adults' separation. It might be reasonable for the mother's memories to be positive according to their given storyline, but it doesn't sound like it should be happy for the father and daughter. I've been meaning to ask if there is a way to change the memories so they appear correctly but never actually got around to it. I tried deleting the memories I felt were incorrect in SimPE and replacing them, but they are still green when I check in-game. ETA: I forgot to mention that I don't have FT installed yet, the memory wonkiness in R. Hills has always been like that for me.

I have a handful of those files in my neighborhood as well. The nanny, streaker, wolves, waiters, and ninja all have .1 files. I created my neighborhood from clean templates and spawned nearly all of my own NPCs and Townies. I've never placed an occupied lot into the neighborhood or anything like that so hopefully those NPCs are supposed to have those extra files for whatever reason.

This was nice of you to share, i really liked it in my game have tested it now and i found one problem, and i read about it, the coconut-tree. It will not be able to move, after the monkin-doing thing. And I downloaded the file yesterday. Do I have to use *moveobject*?
And then I also read that the fruits wont get into the inventory, that is very sad, becouse I was hoping that i could sell it at my marketplace, thats why I really wanted to ask you if there is a very small chanse that the trees maby in the future could be like "modded" so that the fruits could be in inventory after harvest them, and then be able to sell fruits in ofb? I dont really want to have it right now, not in a hurry, but I would like to hear if it is possible just.
JMP addresses the fruit into inventory stuff here. You may want to redownload the trees again to make sure you have the most recent version. There was an issue with them getting stuck and undeletable (is that even a word?) without moveobjects but it was addressed and corrected I believe.

I can't seem to spawn the NPC Creator using the "boolProp testingcheatsenabled true" cheat. What do I need installed to do this?
Shift-click the active Sim and select Spawn... NPC and Townie Maker. It will be the Repo Man gun at your Sim's feet. Remove Mystery Sim memories with FFS debugger.. Hmm well I have the debugger mod installed but I have no idea how to remove memories, can someone help please? Select Memories... Wipe Mystery Sim (or whatever it's called) on the debugger object.

TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Why Do Asian Vacation Sims all have the same Skills and Badges?

I always thought townies were supposed to be assigned random badges. Does this only happen to previously existing townies when you install Seasons/OFB, and not to newly generated townies once the EPs have been installed? Or is this a result of the townie/teleporter shrub not supporting the new functions of the EPs?
I thought badges were supposed to be assigned randomly as well, but none of my non-playables have ever been given one regardless of how they were spawned. I used the NPC gun to create my Townies and Downtownies and Inge's teleporter to turn CAS Sims into Dormies and none of them have any badge points at all. I created my own Vacationers and used Argon's fix to convert them to locals and tourists but I haven't actually looked to see what skills and badges they may have. It has always irked me that friends, skills, and jobs were given to the non-playables but not talent badges. I figured the original Townies had them retro-fitted in with Seasons, but you were on your own if you spawned your own.

True, I tend to forget about the Master category as part of the main set of rules because most of them unlock the various aspirations. I guess it comes down to whether or not you feel getting all of the mementos is hard enough and what, if anything, accomplishing the task should unlock. For me, completing the travel book is more tedious than difficult, but I think that some of the other Master points like the Capitalist Master and Child Prodigy are trivial to earn as well. You could say that the founder and every heir has to acquire all of the vacation mementos in order to receive the point, or just a single heir like rohina said. BV didn't add much to the actual gameplay itself so there isn't a whole lot to choose from, so I just picked something that would acknowledge the EP in some fashion.

Have your sims visit any downtown lot that has a hot tub and a bar. She will show up like a shot.
'She' who? ![Huh](/smf/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Crumplebottom, I believe. I ended up summoning her to one of the Downtown lots because after three generations of public makeouts, woohoo, and general Sim debauchery she still hadn't made an appearance. I haven't sent another Sim out yet to see if that kickstarted her into being in everyone's business.

I used the OFB rule "any Sim that dies a platinum death with all 7 gold talent badges will earn 1 point in this category" as a basis for my unofficial vacation memento rule. The single point rules lean towards object collections and can be acquired over multiple generations, whereas the talent badge type of rule requires more involvement and effort with a single Sim during his or her lifetime. Adding a point at the end of the challenge seems to be reserved only for handicaps, not the basic rules of the challenge. It is tedious as all hell (much like many of the other rules) but I usually have my Sims take the whole family so the younger ones are skilling or being encouraged and the older ones are digging or working on talent badges so the time isn't a complete waste.
