TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Excessive Pranking In Spring Season?

I noticed that, too. And since I put in a no autonomous water balloon fight hack, they opt for the prank version. Pescado has antiprankhack, but I don't see it in the Seasons directory. It is in Pets, though. I knew something was missing from the Directors Cut. Maybe he will update it? ![Roll Eyes](/smf/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

I have noticed that often things don't work correctly running on triple speed - which you are doing, according to your screenshot. I have no problems with the smartmilk. I have had the same smartmilk dispensers in some families for 3 generations. They smartmilk them until I stop recharging, then they will feed them a bottle when they get hungry, but I generally tell them to get a bottle if a toddler's hunger is down, and they are just finishing using the potty, got a bath, or some other convenient time. I did experience this once, but it was quite a few months ago, and I haven't seen it since. Perhaps it is because the toddler is in aspiration failure. I try and fulfill at least one want immediately after they age so they aren't in the red. Then I Get them a big one after they have had the smartmilk, and they stay happy for the rest of toddlerhood, as long as I keep their aspiration up. Maybe fulfilling one of her big wants will help. ![Undecided](/smf/Smileys/default/undecided.gif)

If that is what they were wearing when you last left their lot, that is what they will be in until you go back and change them into everyday. Also, I believe if they are brought home from work as a friend, they will stay in their work clothes until you load their lot again.

I have experienced this as well, mostly with charisma, logic, and body. Motives are fine. It happended with the female sim on the lot, the male vampire sim had no problem sticking with studying these things. She is the one who works in the education career. It also happened at another lot, but I had dismissed it because it was in a Uni hood, and I thought maybe that affected it. These are the only two lots I have had it on.

DJs and bartenders are specifically assigned to their objects. This is why you will often see them in build mode after you have installed a previously played lot. The best thing to do is replace the DJ Booths and bars BEFORE packaging, since the character data is attached to them. I found this out the hard way when packaging a lot so I could have it in another hood. Turned out, the character file number was the same as a deceaced sim, so every time I loaded the lot, it would say "so and so has died on another lot." Took me a couple of days to figure it out since I was baffled by the constant death on entry, then I compared character file numbers from the name of the dead sim with the character file number in the hood I packaged the lot in. Sure enough, it was the DJ ![Smiley](/smf/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Does this hopefully mean that the pets sinking bug won't now happen with this ??
This fixes the dog sinking bug after they play with the water wiggler. If they are sinking at other times than that, it is typically a community lot sleeping hack that is not compatible with Pets. Both of the sinking issues are related to beds, however.

I create a phone group of close friends specifically to invite them over when I know a sim is going to die. Kind of like a funeral. Lots of food and juice. I don't mind the mourning, really.

Firstly, I have no idea how anyone can know how many fights theirs sims have been in - especially that number, unless you are really anal about keeping track of such things. You have to take into consideration fights when playable, not playable, as well as the type of sim they are fighting. Who knows what happens when you aren't looking. Secondly, I was simply pointing out that there are other factors besides body skill and the number of fights. I doubt Fight Club accounts for all fights and the outcomes previous to installing it, but I may be wrong there. It is probably in the Fight Club thread somewhere.

TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Vampires and Sleep Clock questions

First, make sure the bed class is correct - E8-40, then make sure you have bedtime set to MAX or ON, and wake hour shouold be set to 1900. If their path is blocked, or there is a very complex route to the coffin, it can drop out of queue, and when that happens just click on them and select Macro...go to bed, and they will run to their coffin. They will always go to sleep and stay asleep regardless of their energy level. Also, if there is more than one vampire in the same room who is on the sleepclock, they will both go for the closest coffin, so the bed hack may or may not disrupt this. If they are both going for the same coffin, the last one will drop their sleep queue. All vampire motives are static, meaning that they don't drop unless they are actually doing something like working out (hygene drop) or making craftable items (comfort drop and slight energy drop). When they are in their coffin, their motives can't be adjusted up or down. If you try, they will only go back to where they were. If your vampires have to go to work in the daytime, you just have to cancel out sleep, then if they come home before dark...make sure you cancel out bathroom also. As soon as they get home, Sleepclock will tell them to go to bed.

From the RTFM: Makes fighting a more desirable option in the game, eliminating those bizarre "phalanx defeats battleship" outcomes by making fight loops keep score and accumulate advantages instead of simply having their outcomes ignored. Fighting is now also more skill-based, with Mechanical and Logic skill playing small roles alongside Body. Combat experience adds a bonus to the fighter's skill. Grouchy sims will find fighting to be fun! The more grouchy the sim, the more fun fighting is! Also, vampires, weverwolves, and servos get a bonus. I believe zombies do as well. TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Query About A Possible Rain and Puddles Hack or Mod

Yes a decrease in comfort would be my preferred option. Getting wet is uncomfortable ... the wet clothes stick to you and it's cold to wear. I still think puddle jumping should decrease hygiene. Puddles are not potable water, they are little more than mud ... well, puddles that are worth jumping in are ![Roll Eyes](/smf/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) But for heaven's sake let's have something to get them out of the rain, especially as almost all the rain I've had is accompanied by lightning ... I mean what kind of idiot stays outside during a thunder storm! * Nec looks innocent Although usually I am on a roof or headed to the center of the storms, I don't just stand there. ![Roll Eyes](/smf/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) But it does get uncomfortable when you are soaking wet. I agree with the puddles lowering hygene as well.

Well, I have found that shift-clicking on them in debug mode and selecting force aging and/or set to birthday will age them from adult, to elder, to puppy. I can't remember which one it was specifically that turned them into a puppy. Might try that, I suppose. Not sure it is a good thing to do, though. I was only doing it because my lot wouldn't let anyone age for some reason, and I got tired of having the dog around. Ended up having to give it away to a sim on another lot so it would age properly.
