"Sammonroe" is a "she". She said she is a small sized Japanese woman who lives in US and knows a lot of gong fu.

You can use the agesims cheat and see if he look decent as a teen/adult.
Can you post a bigger picture? I squinted and still cannot make much out of that picture.
153  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Skin issues on: 2006 April 20, 02:21:27
I got Reavoye's a long time ago.Hers' are the only ones I use most of the time but its too shiny as you guys said. I also use some sim chic skins but they are a little problematic. Some of my sims are born without a face. Totally spooky.

Heleane is down but I'll check them out if she got her site back Tongue

Go to your collections and locate the chair under the Business Collection. It's one of the first few items.

I always wonder about the lack of creativity in many Sims 1 players..they want the same stuff back in Sims 2.  Maxis surely can be challenged more than that.. more than to just re-create all the same things we all played for those years.  If everyone bleats (sheep joke) for the same old stuff, how are we going to get new stuff?

When I am tired of NL and OFB I want NEW STUFF.

I agree with you. I want new stuff such as new careers and new interactions (more interactions/activities for elderly would be good) too. I think The Sims 1 players just want their comfort zone back with all the familiar things they used to love - in 3D format. As a whole, people( read: sheep)  just don't think about the possiblities of what they can do with their sims beyond what they are presently familiar with.

I almost wish EA won't give us pets because I am so sick of all the whinning for them. What they need to give us are more interactions and also further the gameplay possiblities for our supernatural creatures (such as zombies and vampires).

BUT what are the new stuff we have been getting lately? Party packs! *rolls eyes* and most of those stuff are EXACTLY the same crap what Maxis have been giving us all along- non matching furniture etc and ugly wallpaper. Who ever have pink castle wallpaper and pink color carpets for their kids? This is utter crap.

And speaking of gamebugs, its very interesting how people seems to have different bugs surfacing in their game at different times during gameplay. Other than saying its "interesting", I don't want to go on about it because its no point bursting a blood vessel over Maxis's incompetency.

Yes, I think he will help with ur request. He is an extraordinary nice person. Just look at the whines he put up with  Cheesy

To me, 1 sec is cheating. 5 sim hours is also cheating. It's just a matter of cheating faster or slower  Tongue but at the end of the day, we are still cheating.

You don't need that much for air mail!  Wink well, I figure you might as well pay me if you wanna pay Peggy lol...

Hey, seriously, wait a couple more months for more stuff to accumulate. Then you get more bang. Perhaps you can hold out till it reach 500 hairs or something. In meantime, if you need someone to hold your dollars, feel free to send them to me  Grin

Squinge's mod is ur answer. Please find it here

That's fine - and thanks for posting but what I really want is that altar in my churches - not the arches.
Well presently there is no mod for having ur community wedding in custom wedding gear now.
How about placing the arch at the entrance and getting married there and then posing for photos by the altar as a form of substitute instead?
161  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Want to win a fight weirdness on: 2006 April 18, 03:17:51
No She is a default family Sim and she is a downtownie. She is a weird one. I don't like her a single bit and her horrible nose get passed down the generations. I have no idea why I allow this marriage to happen save for the fact that she is a criminal mastermind and have $10,000 to bring in.

Anyway, I don't play family sims much. They are a bother Tongue
162  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: New "Love Bed" at Shaklin's SimPage. on: 2006 April 18, 03:06:02

Well, my natural colour is quite dark to begin with, it is a change, but I loved it when it was done, I had quite a bit cut off too, and it's not Emo style, or at least, I don't think it is. And I'm not sure what happens when it grows out, I mean, black dye does tend to also fade to a very dark brown after a while, and you could always do root touch ups. Tongue

Hmmm..it depends on the dye you use. But the color black is a tricky color if yours is not naturally black.  Root touch up is expensive. That's why I never dye my hair.... Tongue

Anyway, I think I like my hair color too. In any case, I keep it tied up and don't see it much.
163  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: New "Love Bed" at Shaklin's SimPage. on: 2006 April 18, 03:03:18
I have Lizzlove's bed and Dannys girls and booths in my whore house. No problems, plenty of money coming in. Smiley

Define "plenty of money".  I haven't try running a whorehouse yet. It seems a lot of work...and requires a lot of energy  Cheesy
And I hate a lot of work in my game.
164  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Mod to pass business perks on faster! on: 2006 April 18, 03:00:54
Heh, then what excitment do you get from playing OFB? I thought earning perks is important to keep one entertained in OFB.
165  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Peggy Sims - worth the subscription? on: 2006 April 18, 02:59:06
Bleh! Ask as many questions as you want. I'll answer them all at $1 per question  Roll Eyes

There are no animations on the hair. Every single one of them just 'sit' where the hairs are supposed to be, especially those with the buns and curls. They looks absolutely awesome for pictures (if you are writing a story) but looks a bit odd in movies (because they don't move).

I believe some of them go through the sims' bodies at certain angles only such as the sim is bending up or now, or sideways (think making out). But seriously each and every one of those hairs behave slightly differently as in the way they poke out or go through the bodies. I am not sure how much you would observe these stuff. I am personally extremely picky and I notice these stuff. But I carry on using these hairs because they are pretty  Embarrassed

As a general guideline, I think Rose Sims' hairs behave worse in the game than PG2.

And PG2 paid hairs are too smooth in texture, making the hairs look really unrealistic on sims who have realistic skins such as those skins where you don't have to use make up on the sims. They look ok on sims with shiny skin though.  And each and every one of those paid hairs have the same texture which really brings down the bang for ur dollars. Personally if you ask me, hairs aren't worth paying for. I like hair but I won't pay for them because its a lot of money for something which only looks good.

ETA: Don't count on her paid objects as good either. I have some of them and they look too bright and unrealistic in the game. Gimme 4ES anytime! I love Carol's works!
166  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Mod to pass business perks on faster! on: 2006 April 18, 02:15:57
This mod works pretty well for me. It really took one second. In fact, it was so fast that I didn't even catch it 'happening' the first time round. Now all my sims can just spend their insignificant lives doing other significant things instead of this boring pass it on!   Tongue
167  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Peggy Sims - worth the subscription? on: 2006 April 18, 02:06:44

I've, ahem, tested the donation hairs, and they don't look so great in-game (as is the case with the free hairs). Peggy is a master of making beautiful preview pictures, but in reality her meshes look unconvincing when they're viewed from certain angles, and some of them have transparency issues.

This statement really applies to Rose Sims as well  Wink
168  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Mod to pass business perks on faster! on: 2006 April 17, 15:10:13
I am not sure if you know this yet.

http://www.insimenator.net/showthread.php?t=9084

This hack makes it so your sims can pass along business rewards a lot faster(1 second) it also makes the outcome always good meaning the other sim won't refuse.

If you use Maxis altar, they'll spin into the formal wear you choose for them. If its the MTS2 altar, they continue to wear Maxis defaults.
Hope this helps.
172  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Want to win a fight weirdness on: 2006 April 17, 10:52:50
She is a weird family sim. She wants to flirt with other simmies too ...I am shocked.
I cannot remember her other fears (both of them are long dead now) aside from the fear of changing nappies and also having a child. In fact, I believe she has rolled wants and fears of having a child at the same time before.

173  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: A RUMOUR about the next expansion pack on: 2006 April 17, 10:50:35
You can get Echo's Harvest mod at Mts2. They are really good to set up as tools for a farm.
But I find harvesting tiring and time consuming but its fun to watch them water the plants and the plants grow/bloom.

I really hate pets and don't understand why people like them so much... I am fine with just having trained the pet brick...
Unless I can train the pets to bite ugly townies... that would increase the attraction of this pets thingy in the sims for me  Grin

174  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Want to win a fight weirdness on: 2006 April 17, 10:26:28
Nothing! They love each other (no affairs either) and have 2 blots. But she still want to inherit dead husband's money (+2,500 aspiration points) and drink husband (cannot rem the +aspiration points)...

Its spooky. And she is a family sim! No pictures though. I didn't think of taking them at that time  Embarrassed
I feel sad for the romance husband. He give up his lovers to marry this sim and all she thinks is about how to kill him..
but nope, I just have him leave her...no unnecessary killings allowed in my game.

Hmph! Is the son in law that red haired dube at the friends' panel?
Hmmm... a pretty good looker. No wonder she wants to beat up the daughter!  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
