I don't like bad grammar and certainly don't try and knowing make typos, but i dislike something more than bad grammar, and they are d**k heads like yourself ruining forums without inputting anything of value to the discussion, and who's only goal is to raise there post count to make themselves feel superior.
Something tells me you have no fucking clue what MATY is about. If only I could put my finger on it...

You can take it that way, yes. That being said, it's not uncommon for EA to reference people in the community. The townie named Cyl0n Sw0rd (or some variation of that, I killed them off immediately) was apparently a reference to Cyclone Sue, who used it as a username for awhile. I'm pretty sure I read the Cyclone Sue bit in the same thread I mentioned earlier, I'll have to see if I can track it down.
ETA: NVM. The Cyclonesue bit was something I read at PMBD, and it was the other way around. I could have sworn there were more references in TS2, so this may provide an excuse to fire up the game again.

Indeed, some of the plants in TS2 had names like "More xxx Than You" which I always thought was a nod (or a stab) at MATY. Also, there's the book "Special Snowflake" in TS3 which made me laugh as it's a phrase thrown about on here and GoS.
Don't forget the "Los Pescados" (or whatever it was called) decoration in Family Fun Stuff from TS2. I remember reading some speculation that it was a not-so-subtle reference to Pescado.

Remove everything and test out a vanilla game, and add in hacks one at a time until you figure out which is the problematic one. Delphy's dashboard isn't always 100% accurate, and this should always be your first course of action prior to posting. I'd also double check to make sure you have the most recent version of AM.

Never mind I just deleted the lot and am hoping that does the trick
Deleting the lot won't remove the doll. I've still got the doll in my game after deleting the package in dc backup and deleting all the cache files is there another folder where it would lurk ?
The cache files don't store CC, and DCBackup is exactly what it sounds like-- a backup of all the content installed through the launcher. Remove everything from your Mods>Packages folder, and check to see if it's still in game. If it is, it's installed through the launcher and in your DCCache folder somewhere.

My Firefighter guy is already up to level 8 after a few days and it's mostly just from increasing skills, mainly athletic which he does all day at the firehouse since he has nothing better to do. He doesn't even know his coworkers and only put out a few fires.
This. I actually had a sim get three promotions before his first day of work, simply because he spent his downtime working out. It was ridiculous.

I GIVE UP!!! I really can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I read all 20 pages of this thread and other threads....
I have the TS3 Framework Installer for Mac OS X by Marhis . I installed the Awesome Mod in the package file and my game recognized it but it never loaded beyond the second screen. I uninstalled the longer party mod I had, still nothing. I removed all of my custom content and still NADA!
I removed my framework and installed the one listed by Pescado. I followed these instructions to a T:http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php/topic,17454.0.html Still nothing....
I guess my hooked on phonics aren't worth a damn when it comes to figuring this out, lol.
Those are the old instructions. Have you tried the new framework method in Documents yet? Edited to remove an extra question mark.

Actually, I don't download lots at all either, but very nearly got this thing in my game anyway. I downloaded some clothes and objects in sims3pack form, which I always convert to package format. As I was looking through them in S3PE, I noticed one of the packages was the creepy doll download. Not sure which one it was attached to, but I definitely didn't download it on my own.

- Outfit categories seem a bit scrambled (related to the fix above?), I found some everyday and athletic clothing in the swimwear category, for example. Sleepwear also has a few random odds and ends from other categories.
I noticed this as well. I had some base-game swimwear bottoms pop up in the everyday category.
