What about already-placed mailbox covers?  Do they still work correctly?

Yes The ones already in place work fine just can't place new ones.

Moveobjects worked before with either the mailbox covers or a table.  I hope they haven't messed this up. Sad

Looks like they did screw it up tried to put windkeepers mailbox cover on one of the mailboxes with moveobjects and you do get a out of bounds message.

Ok so far in my game I am useing no hacks except Quaxi's blur remover which is working just fine.Went into a house no one was moveing they were froze used testing cheats and it said error in a table so I hit delete and everyone started to move so it was all good in there from that point on. checked all my custom content and it was there.  All recolors were there. buy and build mode worked just fine.Went to the newshopping district and wasable to go into one of theoccupied houses and everything there was fine. So far everything seems to be working ok.Have not tried to actually play yet am just kind of checking things out.

117  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Was he supposed to take the baby to work? on: 2006 February 24, 07:33:58
Yeah I was able to do that too, with the same instructions.I can do a few things in Simpe but I wouldn't even no where to begin to see about changeing the attraction thingy in a package file. Grin
118  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Was he supposed to take the baby to work? on: 2006 February 24, 06:59:11
I wonder if it would be possible to change the attraction to the stuffed toys in simPe. If this is a dumb question then ingnore because I am simpe dumb.
119  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Runaways on: 2006 February 24, 04:32:49
Don't know if this will work for you but try calling the police. That is what I did when I moved a teen townie into one of my families once and he ran away. They brought him back and he cried and had the memory of running away but after that he was fine.
120  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: After a BIG house on: 2006 February 23, 18:11:53
Well, mostly box-shaped houses are good because they work well, so why run yourself down?  The wierd and extravagant designs which look so wonderful often are extremely difficult to play, with sims getting stuck in corners etc!  I tend to go for fairly simple shapes and open-plan kitchen/dining areas with lots of room for sims to manouevre around each other!  And since most of my houses are in a half finished state when I tidy them up, they are still fairly adaptable.

So true I have found this with a few I have downloaded.Tthey looks so beautiful but in play mode I have had to either redesign them or get rid of them because they are unplayable as they are.
121  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: After a BIG house on: 2006 February 23, 17:58:50
My building skills suck. My houses usually look alike. I start out trying to make them different but somehow they always look like a box.I have better luck with remodeling the ones that came with the game when my Sims need more room.

ETA.Ouch that hurt there went my lips Shocked

125  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Creating a new graveyard in a neighbourhood on: 2006 February 20, 22:45:11
This is great I downloaded it but I have a question. You said it was created with the newest patch. I haven't patched my game yet ( a little leery of doing it yet will if I have to) does anyone know if it will cause problems with the lot if I don't patch my game?
