Not to be obtuse, but I think that people should post links and pictures. We need the picture so that we don't have to chase down a million fugly tops, and we need the link so that we can make sure that the submission was posted before the start of the contest and to verify pay status (IIRC fugly pay content usually gets awarded extra points for audacity).

My vote is for Bunny of TSR, for bump mapping crimes.  Her work would be 100% better if she just deleted the damn bump maps, they aren't doing her any good.   :P  Click the images to go to the individual items on the site.  Both tops are pay, by the way.  The undershirt on the first item looks like "dri weave" from an unused maxi pad and the lace on the second top looks like plastic puff paint.  The texture on the sweater top's arms looks odd, too.

I have the second. With the bump map edited, it's actually pretty nice. But yeah. The bump map is not supposed to be the same as your texture, people!

I hate to say it, but this month is kind of boring. What a come down from fugly celeb sims and so forth. I guess we have to have a lull some months.

I was thinking that it might be fun to do a month devoted to furryism, a thought that was inspired by those terrifying Spongebob Knockoffs.

Sounds like fun, in an eye-burning kind of way.

I think part of reason this category is a bit lame is that it seems like a lot more creators make full outfits than they do separate pieces. I'd like to suggest swimsuits as a future category, I've seen more than a few of those that made me wanna burn out my retinas.

This strikes me as something guaranteed to get snagged on your underwear when you try to reach for your weapon.

I'd suggest elder clothing - there's plenty of creators out there who try to make "sexy grannies", and it just makes me cringe. I agree with the swimsuit suggestion too - there's loads with badly meshed high heels; the same goes for underwear.

It doesn't look that bad there, but in game they're really fuzzy. The author says they're the maxis tops without the mesh thing, which was a good idea but they don't look too great. I'll have to grab an in-game screenshot.

I'd like to offer up bad things that have already been copyrighted--like those Subway shops and Fructis hairs and things like that. Stuff that's meant to be real but fails at it.
And also, bad texturing. Absolutely anything as long as it's badly textured.
And walls/floors. Things that are revolting--like the meat walls!

Ew ew ew! It's not even the spare tire that bothers me, but look at that hood! It's absolutely awful. Where'd the white come from? Why is it not even attached? And why is the design on the back repeated like that? Never mind that the bottom is melded to her skin.

It looks like the first cat is on the hood and the second half-a-cat is on the back. But that means that if you put the hood on, you'd have an upside down cat on your forehead.  ???

Not to mention that since the sim can't put the hood on it just looks stupider

OK, then, so we're not going for the tactful remark.  That's a relief.  I mean, holy porn star!  Ain't no poor female sim in my 'hood gonna be that top heavy.  Ugly design, ugly prints, ugly mesh.

I looked at the comments thread...apparently the double D thing was intentional, and is an effect brought on by these tops. Think of them as cutlets, I guess.

It's on Warlokk's 34DD mesh, which is seriously not a 34DD. I wear a 36DD (implying that my breasts are the same cup size but I have a fatter back ;D), and there is no way in hell I look like those sims.

Hmm, I should download the 34DD mesh, put it on sim-me, and see what it looks like. Maxis "fat" + stretchSkeleton 0.9 make a fairly good approximation of my real life size + shape. I'm betting those boobs are actually more like an F cup - or even a G! They seem almost as big as the adult sim's head! I can put my bra on my head and wear it as a hat, but it's not a very good fit. I would estimate that each of my breasts is around 1/3 of the volume of my head.

I had them on my self-sim. I'm a 38-40DD. But after awhile I couldn't stand looking at sim-me like that. Size is definitely a bit overboard, but they also aren't supported at all...and if you have big bazongas, you know they need to be supported. I was going to play with the mesh, but I need to do something extremely simple before meshing boobies.

My vote is for the efsim2 tops, that looks like a couch on steroids.  And by some strange trick of perspective, the neck/chest area looks flat and square.  I can't even describe it.  That has to be one of the ugliest article of clothing I've seen yet.

Arina, forget the slutty teen tops.  What the heck is that skin?  Her nose looks smashed in.  It is just another perspective thing?

Okay, time to judge, I guess, seeing that it is November in most parts of Planet Earth.

Honourable Mention:
TSR "metal" shirt. Personally, me thinks those look more like fish scales than anything else.
