More Awesome Than You!

I am looking for assistance on how to fix the following maxis items so they properly work with OFB and Seasons. I have looked for tutorials, checked sites to see if anyone has fixed these items and came up empty. I did try to attempt fixing one of the topiary downloads and URBZ Sims in the City game with out success as I found their file structure was slightly different then to what we are currently using in the Seasons game.

Broken OFB Items
Celebrations wedding and birthday cakes restocking problem.
Maxis Ford Focus Car download cannot properly use car display.
Maxis URBZ Sims in the City download cannot properly sell games.
Maxis Cell, Music, and Game kiosk, cannot sell items in a business. Show items also does not properly work.

Seasons broken items (All below items do not show snow)
Maxis Decorative Egg Topiary download.
Maxis Missink Point Mystery Topiary download.
Maxis Skyline Topiary download.
Maxis Surplus Lawn Ornament download.
Maxis The Poetic Porpoise Topiary download.

For the broken Download Shrubs there is nothing we can do. The Shrubs would need 5 Meshes and 3 Textures plus the txtr,mmat....(fill in what needet always 5 of them)
 I have made it, had it working to. But you have really bloated Packages after merging in all the files and the change from overgrown to cut works not correctly.
The monkey shrubs are buggy.  which does not surprise

Maxis URBZ Sims in the City download cannot properly sell games. Same as above. People had mass of probs with it.

Maxis Cell, Music, and Game kiosk, cannot sell items in a business. Show items also does not properly work. Had no Probs with selling the Electronics.

I really appreciate the information.
I will have to try the kiosk on another computer, it is good to know it does work.

The shrubs and URBZ game rack, it sounds like it is just better to remove these items from the game.

I think if you look around places like TSR, MTS2 etc. a lot of very similar things can be found that aren't based on any of the Maxis objects and will work.

Good idea, I have found some nice plants with a great reduction in polygon count and my lots are loading and saving much faster.

Glad that worked for you.  There are also some great water terrain paints - which of course aren't water, but useful for creating beachside lots etc.  Also look out for sets of furniture that pull most of their textures from one masterfile, it saves a lot of kbs.

Firefly have you marked the Electronics Vending for sale? Otherwise you would have the described probs.

Yes it is marked for sale, will fix it and try again.
