Title: Sims stuck doing nothing !! Post by: Dbnguy on 2007 July 03, 17:39:16 Really weird scenario. It appears that some sims would get stuck on a particular action, and NOTHING can be done to break it.
IE: Daughter was reading a book, then school bus arrived, and it just stayed there. She carried on reading, school bus carried on waiting but nothing... I tried to talk to her, tickle her etc to try break the "loop" but nothing would help. Eventually I had to delete her via the Insimenator. Re-loaded the game and she is back, but now I am stuck on a loop doing nothing but standing by the pool. Every action I click on, moves to the top left of the screen and then just dissappears. any one else have this problem? i tried searching but nothing similiar showed up. And, the "non-awesomes" are hacks/mods/stuff not pertaining to MATY production, hence the name ;). The weird thing you describe is certainly due to some hack conflict/malfunction, and the error log may help to spot what is happening in the hidden gears of the game.
