Title: Did I broked it? Post by: reggikko on 2007 June 22, 18:31:56 While creating a custom neighborhood, the game paused to 'Create Pets'. Next thing I know, the game is gone and I'm on the desktop. I restarted the game and the secret Pets 'hood is in Pleasantview's spot in the Neighborhood start-up. I have Pleasantview renamed as per Jordi's tutorial, but did not install any blank templates because I'm just fooling around with Pets and don't plan on keeping any of this. I have to do some maintenence (reformatting the HD, and so forth). Anyway, will it hurt anything to play with things as they are? What caused it?
Title: Re: Did I broked it? Post by: cenoura on 2007 June 23, 15:15:09 Is Jorid's tut the one saying to rename N001 to N001-bak? If so, check you've renamed the right file as there's two (one in My Documents folder and one in Program Files under templates, at least under Windows)
