Title: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: Elven Ranger on 2007 June 18, 07:26:21 Hi all
Have the H&M pack ( cute meshes if not the clothing thats wrapped around em for the most part) however in my game 1 of the kids clothing items isnt there. Its the little girls trouser and vest style Tshirt with a flower on its front (http://i15.tinypic.com/5z3vu4i.jpg) IS it just my game? If it is would someone mind making a copy of it for me as I astually like it! lol Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: Orikes on 2007 June 18, 08:18:58 It's in my game.
I was poking around CAS to see what was available, and that one came up for little girls without a problem. Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: bowrain on 2007 June 24, 10:02:06 I don't have it in my game either...
(http://img234.imageshack.us/img234/4407/untitledbm2.jpg) what did I do wrong? ??? Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: jrd on 2007 June 24, 10:03:49 Have you looked at pants+shirts? Maybe it's split up.
Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: bowrain on 2007 June 24, 10:09:46 no, there isn't even any new clothes for little girls in the pants and shirts... the newest there are from seasons ???
Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: SaraMK on 2007 June 24, 11:11:29 Did you try CAS in debug mode to see if it shows up at all?
Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: bowrain on 2007 June 24, 12:29:19 yep, and nothing changed... I've checked the files with SimPE and found that there's actually 3 other meshes that don't show up in my game :
(http://img409.imageshack.us/img409/5921/11460597dw6.jpg) (http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/8262/21528362yx5.jpg) (http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/2650/64047965ga2.jpg) do they show up in your game? Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: jrd on 2007 June 24, 17:57:05 These three outfits are also missing from my install of H&M.
Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: MistyBlue on 2007 June 24, 19:23:07 And mine, also. I have the mesh and the textures with the numbers on it, but the missing textures are way cuter. Those are real little girlie type clothes.
Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: Sleepycat on 2007 June 24, 20:17:46 I didn't remember seeing those outfits so I just loaded Bodyshop to look.
I only have 3 outfits that show up in the catalog but two of the 'missing' 3 outfits showed up, the first one showed up right on the child model when I first selected that age and the second showed up after I hit the randomize button many times (http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n180/mesleepycat/girlchildoutfit.jpg) (http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n180/mesleepycat/girlchildoutfit2.jpg) I tried for awhile to get the 3rd outfit to show up but it didn't and I got tired of trying :P so I guess they need to be unlocked so they will show up normally. Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: Ness on 2007 June 25, 06:34:25 Like everyone else, I've got the three with the 09 on the front, but not the others...
They don't show up in CAS in debug mode, either. Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: Scratch on 2007 June 25, 07:50:29 This is why i gave up and finally uninstalled Celebrations... The only thing that showed up from it was a new lamp post.. and the funny thing is after i uninstalled it, the collections from it showed up... never saw any clothes from it...
I think it's a stuff pack thing and a way for EAxis to force you to buy seasons so the stuff packs will work.... evil EAxis >:( Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: Ness on 2007 June 25, 08:07:46 I have seasons, anyway. Doesn't seem to be helping with this stuff pack. :-\
Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: SaraMK on 2007 June 25, 08:54:11 I'm sure it's a matter of enabling them somewhere. I'd take a look, but I uninstalled just about everrything so I could work on the merged neighborhood with Riverblossom.

Do these clothes lack property sets, or is there another reason they're not appearing? Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: Elven Ranger on 2007 June 25, 16:26:27 Thanks notovny :D
Odd that the nicer textures they had for kids got left out! Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: SaraMK on 2007 June 25, 17:08:56 Actually, my first thought was that this was Family Fun Stuff Glitch Part 2. I mean, you gotta wonder what else they screwed up.
Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: Orikes on 2007 June 25, 21:07:14 Thanks notovny :D Odd that the nicer textures they had for kids got left out! Echoing the thanks to Notovny. :) I don't hate the ones they have immediately available. They're cute. But I do like these textures better. Ah well. I like the variety. Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: Sleepycat on 2007 June 26, 07:40:27 Thanks Notovny 8)
I like all 6 and I like this stuff pack more then I originally thought I would. Title: Re: H&M missing child clothing? Post by: Morague on 2007 June 28, 04:10:40 Here's a tiny file that enables the 3 "missing" sets - unzip to downloads or saved sims.

Ok, so I just got an email at work from Gary Heinfeld, the cofounder of H&M, about their recent award as the 4th best company to work for. Story here: http://www.shrm.org/hrmagazine/articles/0707/0707heinfeldmeech.asp . He's a member of the organization I work for, which doesn't give away much about me or my company since he's prolly a member of every organization in existence. Plus, I'm ridiculously easy to Google. EDIT: Holy fuck! I just realized that I email him every week for ...uh...work stuff. And that I've spoken to him on the phone on several occasions. Ok, I am officially the queen of being unobservant. |
