Title: A Question About Graphics
Post by: STLBailey on 2007 March 06, 21:19:53
My custom clothing and hair is always blurry when I play the game.  How can I set my graphics to stop this?

MOD EDIT: Remove huge font and colour.

You can stop this by not writing in big red text. Simple!

Change the graphics settings on your in-game control panel so that textures have a high level of detail. This should solve the blurriness problem.

Some CC (from what I've seen) is just badly made and no matter how good your graphics are they look crappy. I could be wrong, I'm quite often wrong, but that's how it seems to me.

No, you're right.

Yep, it could be the CC itself. I "lost" some of my favorite clothing when I upgraded my video card and could see how crappy it was.

You can use it in moderation... But TOO MUCH of it, and with LARGE FONTS, ADDITIONALLY EMBOLDENED can be OFFENSIVE to the EYES and the BRAINZ!!!111oneone and is generally considered obnoxious.

I'm not sure whether to remove this, or add it to the FAQ as an example of how not to post

Definitely add it to the FAQ, it's classic.

Syber's idea of moderate and my idea of moderate appear to be different things... <can't even read the word in yellow there>
