I need to find an anorexic skintone mesh, I'm trying to create a lich for a video I'm doing and, well, I tried editing the skeleton one I have but it's not working at all. Surely some sick puppy has to have made one someplace, right?

Do you mean an actual skintone, or do you mean clothing? There are some clothing meshes that are skintight, so you could make a recolor that basically makes the sim nude, if you are after that.

On MTS2, try creators Melodie9 and Xenos, who have both created a line of extremely sickly sim meshes. Also try Nouk's site. Sims Connection has some "waif girl" clothing  as well, although they're not really that skinny. There's also another site, but I can't recall the name of it (if I remember it, I'll let you know).

Assuming it's a female mesh that you're after then I'd take a look at some of Warlokk's meshes. They are available in skinnier than normal Maxis size as well as much curvier. I think there is one based on Milla Jovovich which probably counts as verging on anorexic. Nude meshes are at Insimadult, other meshes are at Insimenator and MTS2.

I assume you mean meshes rather than skintones since all a skintone would do would be to drape over the standard Maxis mesh.

Perhaps s/he means a shower-proof bodytype with a skintone? I think Melody9's 'slim family' on MTs2, as mentioned above, works that way. I used to have her 'Fat Family' and it cane with a showerproof skintone IIRC.

There's both a Melody9 and a Melodie9 at MTS2.  Dunno whether it's one person with two user IDs or two different people.

Right, sorry, I was exhausted when I typed that. I meant of course the clothing mesh, since that's what changes the body shape. I'm doing a story where a character becomes a lich (usually described as skin and bones, since they're undead) and flashes back to her life before she became undead, so I'd wanted to make her look super scarily skinny in one model and normal in another.

Also Enayla has some really pale unearthly skins, that could complete your look.  And mercola I believe has some under eye bags that might add realism to your sims.  And lastly sussisogood (now at MTS2) has a whole series of costume makeup of rather sickly looking people, that she made for her Dickens project.

There's a quite anorexic looking skintone by Jason Ulloa @ MTS2 - the bones in the neck area and the ribs stand out a lot on this skintone. Maybe you can somehow map that skintone onto that slimmer mesh?

Holy Clavicles Batman! Yuckers. That looks painful. I don't believe that in IRL his twins would have enough energy to pillow fight. I am friends with a retired ballerina. When she wasn't working, she says she was in bed because she was so tired from being underfed.

It really is sick looking. Especially the throat.
