More Awesome Than You!

I haven't had any aliens born for some time however they used to show two fathers; pollination technician and of course my sim.  Since nightlife I have had one single alien birth plus a set of male alien twins.  The only parent on the family tree for these sims is the sim that gave birth to them.  The sims in question live downtown and I was wondering if anybody else has seen this? 

I know some of you will ask so I'll tell you that my game is a fresh install with new neighbourhoods and that the single birth occurred when my game was free of hacks and cc.  Since then I have added in two dresses from the exchange and the hacked toddler mirror from MTS2 :-\

Do the babies show any alien features?

I had this same problem - only the PT is missing from all my Alien toddlers/children/teens.

The family tree will show the kids with the same PT as being related, but no pic of PT (I'm using a multi PT hack). ALL these kids were born pre-NL.

All three children have alien eyes, the non existent nose and a mouth entirely different to Orlando's.  I also posted on the BBS and it would appear I'm not alone (http://bbs.thesims2.ea.com/community/bbs/messages.php?&openItemID=item.81,root.1,item.43,item.41,item.23&threadID=c023440e270ab46a65f1d7be5a4da5e4&directoryID=81&startRow=1).  I added a post to MaxoidTom's "Submit Issues about Nightlife" thread and it is something he hasn't heard of before.

I have the same  problem after a Post-Uni install.

I think Nightlife removes the Pollination Tech relationship in all new births after the install, but leaves the existing aliens alone. The Pollination Tech still contributes his genetics, but now you can 'breed' aliens born of different human parents without it being incest.
