Title: Vampire coffin problems Post by: MaxisManiac on 2007 February 02, 13:46:13 I did a search for this, but I found nothing... is anyone else having a problem with coffins? I don't seem to remember when this started happening, but I think it was after I installed Pets... anyway, my vampires' Needs do not get recharged while in the coffins, and they keep emerging because of this due to Hunger, Bladder, and lack of Comfort. At night they don't automatically emerge of course, and their Needs continue going down when they should be static.

I created my first vampire and bought her a coffin and am assuming the coffin works like a bed - I click on it and it gives me options; sleep or whatever. I can't click on it. So I click on my vamp to see if she's got new options, like get in coffin. She doesn't.
Am I being dense or is something wrong with my game? Title: Re: Vampire coffin problems Post by: Jelenedra on 2007 February 02, 14:38:41 Try doing a cleaninstaller recursive downloads scan, maybe a hack piggy backed with a lot, and are all of your hacks up to date for pets?

If so, this is an old bug where if the vampire was last seen running away from the sun on another lot, their needs would still go down at their house.

Hm... maybe I'm misremembering things. There's no fix for this sun-bug? It might be the official NL patch, or maybe its something here.

I tried deleting it and buying a new one to see if that made a difference but it's still not useable. Any suggestions?
