Title: Testingcheatsenabled in the CAS with Nightlife Post by: Motoki on 2005 September 22, 15:04:35 Anyone tried this yet? There's a few funky things. You can get Mrs. Crumplebottom's outfit and pillbox hat hairdo for elder females. The outfit's body apparently doesn't have the fat morph though because it stays thin looking no matter what the sim's fitness level is.
Another nice thing is the gypsy hair with the bandana is actually available for not just elders but also adult females in every color. The gypsy outfit is only for elders, but I'm going to see if I can modify that in SimPE. Title: Re: Testingcheatsenabled in the CAS with Nightlife Post by: RainbowTigress on 2005 September 22, 15:16:38 You can make outfits available for different age groups, but unfortunately, if you make an elder outfit available for adult females, they will have the same mesh as the elder female body with the droopy bosom and wide saggy hips. I've converted some adult female clothes to elder females, and they look pretty good, their body looks just like an adult female's.
Title: Re: Testingcheatsenabled in the CAS with Nightlife Post by: Motoki on 2005 September 22, 15:58:00 Oh lmao, that would be something wouldn't it? I guess I'll have to live with just the headband then, I wouldn't want some poor adult to look old and saggy before her time. :o
Title: Re: Testingcheatsenabled in the CAS with Nightlife Post by: RainbowTigress on 2005 September 23, 00:33:03 If you want to see something funny, take a female outfit, like the black low-cut dress that Dina Caliente wears in the beginning, and convert it for use by males. Give him some makeup, and there you have a drag queen. :)

It cracked me up.
Title: Re: Testingcheatsenabled in the CAS with Nightlife Post by: AnnaM on 2005 September 23, 07:38:33 Lurvely! ;D
Now, does anybody know where to find skirts for men? Or robes, if you want to make it sound less kinky ;) I have some fantasy character Sims who look just wrong in trousers... Title: Re: Testingcheatsenabled in the CAS with Nightlife Post by: RainbowTigress on 2005 September 23, 08:06:49 All I know is the kilt in the game, if you wanted to recolor that, or the trenchcoat. Sorry I don't know of any sites that have these.
Title: Re: Testingcheatsenabled in the CAS with Nightlife Post by: Renatus on 2005 September 23, 08:46:43 I think Arthemistha has a skirt mesh for men on her site: http://artemistha.moonfruit.com/
I also remember seeing some sort of robes on Mod the Sims 2. Title: Re: Testingcheatsenabled in the CAS with Nightlife Post by: sanmonroe on 2005 September 24, 17:55:07 Yeah you need to download a mesh to make dresses and skirts for men.
You can use the kilt mesh if you want, but the lump in the mesh makes the sim look like he is walking around with a constant hardon. That may be what you are going for though. Title: Re: Testingcheatsenabled in the CAS with Nightlife Post by: RainbowTigress on 2005 September 24, 18:08:15 Yeah you need to download a mesh to make dresses and skirts for men. Didn't think of that. Oh well, I don't do a lot of recolors, and I never tried the kilt anyway. It was the closest thing in the game I could think of.You can use the kilt mesh if you want, but the lump in the mesh makes the sim look like he is walking around with a constant hardon. A friend once mentioned to me that there's a way to get the missing facial adjustment controls in CAS (the ones that are present in BodyShop) by using a cheat. Is Testingcheatsenabled it? Sometimes I get a little cranky over the fact that CAS has fewer controls and I have to quit out of the whole game and start BodyShop to get a Sim's face exactly how I want it. That annoys the hell out of me too. Even morseo with the surgery machine because I use it for those butt ugly townies and I don't have the option of making them in the bodyshop like a new sim. I haven't noticed those controls being enabled, but I will have to check next time I play. Title: Re: Testingcheatsenabled in the CAS with Nightlife Post by: AllenABQ on 2005 September 25, 15:44:14 Well I went and checked and no, they weren't enabled.
The friend of mine who claims to have found this hack listed on a web site somewhere said he tried it himself. But he and his kids were only infrequent players and their interest waned after playing the game for about two months or so. When I finally remembered to ask him about it again, he couldn't remember how to do it or the website that told him how. :-\ Title: Re: Testingcheatsenabled in the CAS with Nightlife Post by: Kristalrose on 2005 September 25, 16:10:16 You want transvestites? I'm not real familiar with this area as far as the cheats go, but I do have the cheats enabled and I'm not finding these things :-[ Do you have to do something special in order to get them? Yup. First enable testing cheats, then once in CAS or YACAS type ctrl+n. You will be notified the debugger is active.
