More Awesome Than You!

i'd love it if more than one pet could sleep on a mat/in the pet house at the same time (dont care what the graphics would look like). it would be more awesome than buying and finding room for 8 pet beds.
can this be done??

oh, i didnt realise that. i dont know how to do a search on it. hope something can be done.

In the meantime, SimWardrobe.com has 1-tile pet beds.. Same as the larger ones functionally, but they take up half the space. I have them, and they work wonderfully.

CTNutmegger over at Neighborhood99 forums, has done a pet buddy thingie that you put under the pet bed.It allows more than one pet to sleep in the same bed.You have to be a member tho.

that sounds like it will do! just waiting to join up...

This isn't known to be possible without either "1 tile bed" tricks, or massive clipping issues. I refuse to even commission something that would be so shoddily made, so it's not happening on a single object. Maxis apparently did not think to give us catpiles.

Thanks for the heads up on the 1-tile pet beds. I'd been avoiding playing the household that just had 3 kittens as it would have involved some major building work to accommodate the additional sleeping arrangements.

In the real world though my cat is perfectly capable of taking up an entire king size bed!

DJ's Sims has some one-tile Pet beds.

Of course he's not putting it on the kitten's nethers. There are much better nethers to put it on.
