I'd like to know how many character files will be added when I install Nightlife. I'm not close to the danger mark yet, but still want to know what I'll be getting into.

My worry is this: If I remove my hacks to install NL, when I go in to play will I regenerate all the townies and dormies and baristas and what not? Is it better to just play new hood until we see if the exploding hood problem has been addressed? Or just best to stare at the box and think about playing it?

If you have conflicts, then manually put them in one at a time to find the problem. And remove any hacks that fix something that Maxis has now fixed.

I have spent a week cleaning, workarounding, hacking, and crying to get my hood working and down to 675 files now. Post by: Kitiara on 2005 September 14, 03:48:13 According to Hated Maxoid in another thread (I forget which) Nightlife will add new iterations and fix most of the large neighborhood problems. No answers as to how many files are added, but the danger zone should be much farther away.
