The link to download EllaTrue's house in the building contest is broken.  I'm able to get the other houses but not that one.

Her submission is attached to the forum here, it works fine for me.  Are you using some sort of downloader tool?

I couldn't download it either, Blue. No tools used.

So what happens when you try to?  I can just fine...

I just tried to DL and nothing, not even an error message. But the counter counted it as a DL.

Well, I don't know what to tell ya, because it downloads just fine for me.  I'm using Avant browser, which is similar to IE I guess.  I tried to attach another copy but Pescado has lowered the limits of the attachments again.

OK, I just downloaded Firefox, it gives me a blank page when I click on the link.  Also tried Avant, since BlueSoup said that's what she uses, and I got this message -

Oops, we can't open the web page you requested ...
- Error Unknown - Unknown error with URL

So now I have 4 browsers and still no EllaTrue house.

Yeah, a lot of people have mentioned that they've had this problem :p

should I try uploading it again?

maybe upload it to the exchange and post the link for the people having problems.

You're not going to be able to upload it here - it's too big of a file for that now.  What you can do is post it somewhere else (the Exchange, The Laden Swallow...) and link it in your post.

I was able to extract the copy locally, so the file is intact, but for some reason SMF doesn't like it.

I was able to grab the file on my computer at work using IE.  I don't know if something got fixed or if my setup at work is just different.  At any rate, I'm happy now.  :D
